Having never been to a Kroger before, I didn't know what to expect.Well, apparently this Kroger is fancy. The bathrooms were clean and they have EV charging stations. They also had the drinks right up front, along with many specials that included meat, seasonal items, and I believe vegetables for a summer BBQ.I really didn't get a chance to explore much, but I did notice they have a gas station, which we used, as well as some sort of rewards program. The cashier had asked me if I was a Kroger member, after all, when I was paying. Prices were a little more than I'm accustomed to, but it's nothing that breaks that bank. Would like to check out more of this chain certainly to form a solid opinion.

The pharmacy staff is amazing they work extremely hard. Ever since COVID they are completely overwhelmed. They can only do so much, yet they are expected to have inhuman productive capabilities. This causes them to take awhile sometimes on filling medications. It's literally not the staffs fault, they are trying but whoever is not hiring people to help should be ashamed. Seems like it's happening everywhere.

Just got yelled at over trying to drop off a script as they were going to lunch. The whole team. If only they could rotate who goes to lunch to prevent this. But alas, this would be impossible! Because of this, I must be snapped at by a "person" who learned people skills in a North Koeran prison.

I moved out of Canton, so I tried getting my meds trasnferred to a new pharmacy. I've never had issues with Kroger before, so when I desperately tried getting it sent to 3 different pharmacies, I thought it was the new pharmacies' fault that I couldn't get my meds. After dozens of calls to multiple pharmacies, I found out that all of them had called Kroger to request the transfer, but never heard back. By this point I was having severe withdrawals from my medications. I called Kroger to ask them what they were doing, and the man on the phone was incredibly condescending, insisting that none of them had called Kroger, and implied that I didnt know how transfers (or phone calls) work, even though I work in the medical field. Totally unprofessional, and I really regret not getting that man's name.

Rude Cashier at Self Checkout...she was unwilling to correct a coupon problem and insisted I had to do multiple transactions

Sent a prescription here and got a phone call telling me that due to shortages, they were currently out of that medication. I went to the pharmacy to check on it and the person there said they’re still out. I asked if I needed to do anything or if they would contact me when they had it available, she said I didn’t have to do anything, just wait. It’s been about two weeks and I went back today to check on availability. The person at the counter said I had “no prescription on file” to fill. I explained what happened and she told me that I was supposed to be given a piece of paper with the prescription. I asked her if their pharmacy had just cancelled my prescription and she said she “can’t tell me” what happened. I just simply don’t have a prescription anymore. Absolutely ridiculous. Train your staff how to do their jobs.

This used to be my favorite place to get our prescriptions. However, they stopped giving the free scripts and offering a "membership" to get a reduced price. The staff needs to communicate better with us shoppers/clients/patients.They always seem bothered when I feel the need to check pricing before I commit to whatever price they are charging. They seem inconvenienced by having to do so.I understand they are short-handed and have had rude obnoxious people (I read the signs they post that they are extremely short-handed. Please do not yell at them.)It may be helpful to say, " we plan to have your medicine ready for pick up tomorrow, although we don't have any at the moment, and it should be in sometime tomorrow.Lastly, the texting system really needs an update; it's not as reliable as it was a few years ago.We will still get our medicine there.. It would be nice to see a friendly staff member who smiles ?

Kroger is always stocked with fresh produce and nice people! If you're ever in a rut, just stop in the self check aisle and talk to Ray or Nora! They will brighten your day!!

Sometimes they’re good and sometimes they aren’t. It all depends on who’s working your order.

There are two other Kroger's about 5 minutes further from my home but I will have to start going to those because they are much nicer! I've had continuous issues with this one. Saying somethings out in clicklist order and I go in and they have it or not doing simple math to adjust my order based on substitutions. Last week, my chip dip had obviously been previously frozen. I often get salads from pickup that are already browning. Today, the spread I was looking forward to trying expired today. Also, I went at 11 and their sales tags still weren't up, shelves and freezers were empty and some employees (not all because they do have a couple awesome ones) were less then friendly. There are two older men that are always over the top helpful, friendly and working hard! Not sure why this one is so different from the other two :(

Pharmacist and staff are not helpful and NEVER on time. We have had so many issues picking up our prescriptions for our family. Every month we have had issues, such a disappointment. Today, our doctor called in a script for our on at 10 am. No word from the pharmacist, so we called and checked in. The pharmacist says oh, let's confirm your address. Now that is done, we will have it ready tomorrow. What a joke!!! We have lived at same address for over a year, had scripts called in multiple times. How sad?????

I called my medicine on Friday very important medicine for my epilepsy. It was not filled so I called Sunday to see if it was ready and they said they didn’t see that it was filled. So I said okay can you fill it and they said yes it would be an hour. I waited the hour and got there and they said yeah it’s not ready yet it’ll be an hour. Like I get there’s vaccines going on and all but if my medicine would have been filled when I called the first time on Friday I wouldn’t spend 2 hours waiting for an IMPORTANT medicine for someone who has epilepsy

Every other Kroger within 25 miles is much nicer and better managed than this store. The majority of their produce department is consistently filled with rotten vegetables. Hire a new produce manager.

Such a convenient location, however, sadly it is as bad as their location South of here. Heaven forbid you want something, like a Boston Butt roast in their meat department. Nope, just a big, wide empty space. Your favorite salad dressing that was stocked a few weeks ago? Nope, didn't sell enough, so they eliminated it. Of all the Kroger stores in the metro area (or any grocery store for that matter), this is the dirtiest, nastiest and most disorganized of all. Out of frustration, I just stopped shopping, left my cart and left the store. This one is now officially OF MY LIST.
