After hitting a deer, a friend recommended this company. Turns out they are a preferred provider by my insurance company. Keziahs''s contacted me several times to let me know where my vehicle was in the repair process. Upon picking up my car, it had not only been repaired it was washed and cleaned. My car was literally better than before my accident. I love these folks.

They provided exemplary customer service from the quote to pick up.My daughter and I were greeted by two wonderful dogs to play with. The staff is terrific. Mr. Keziah provided a realistic timeline for my parts (weeks to a month). He was very knowledgeable about the rental car policy through my car insurance, which I greatly appreciated.During my vacation, the rental car company called and explained that my insurance company said I had to return the rental car because my vehicle was ready for pickup. I told my insurance company I was out of town for Christmas, and the shop was closed on the weekends, but they did not care. My car insurance company told me I had to pick up my vehicle during the holiday regardless, or I would be responsible for the rental car.Keziah’s Collision Center came to my rescue. They suggested they have an employee meet me on their off day and gave me their cellular phone. I am grateful they extended their days of operations to help me. Knowing someone listened to the problem and devised a solution felt great.I picked up my vehicle with the best car detailing ever. I suggested they open a car detail service. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs and would be honored to be used as a future reference.

Spoke with a pleasant lady on the phone , but once we arrived, we were met with the nastiest, un-gentelman like older man . He seemed unable to hold a civil conversation. He glared through the office window, never leaving the office, and proceeded to tell us the cost would most likely be over $8000 dollars. We felt , at that point, so embarrassed. The entire time wondering how this guy is still in business. If you're a woman, don't bother , you barley get past the door before the guard dog attacks.

I had a small dent and a fairly deep scratch on the door of my new car (not sure if it was caused by the rock that was kicked up from the road, or if someone bumped into my car in the parking lot). I obtained 3 quotes and Keziah's was by far the most competitive. They were upfront with me about how long the repair would take. I was actually glad to hear they are very busy because to me this meant they are doing an excellent job. I dropped the car off on Monday and it was ready to pick up as promised (actually a few hours sooner than promised). It looked better than new and was super clean and shiny. I would not hesitate to use this shop again, and would not hesitate recommending it to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Wish I could give better feedback as I’ve dealt with this place 10+ yrs ago, but it’s far from previous experience. I chose this place due to being a preferred repair center for my insurance co.. Was told I would receive an estimate after inspection (I never did), was told the fender would be replaced (was repaired- is this due to insurance limitation or???)... This all said/told before repairs were completed. Pick up the truck, was told it would be “detailed”, but it wasn’t even washed... paint doesn’t seem blended or matched (this could be due to not surfaces clean and/or it being cloudy— or it could be that it doesn’t match)... got a copy of the estimate when I picked up the truck. And got an extra nail in my tire too (I know, I know, hard to prove but would have no reason to lie). Another example would be clock/radio reset (understandable with disconnecting the battery but be more thorough and reset the clock!). And the inside of the vehicle stinks like paint/chemicals.Makes one wonder if ‘corners were cut’ in washing (to show good paint blend and remove overspray), clock set, repairing vs replacing, what else in terms of workmanship could have been lazily done and will arise.In summary, just lack of thoroughness (send the estimate, wash the vehicle, do/follow through with what you tell customers. Lack of professionalism or care to do their job well.Services: Painting
