Whenever I needed to get a hold of someone for a question or inquiry, they either answered or called back in a very timely manner and they made sure I was happy with the responses before getting off the phone. Although they have many clients, when I talked with them I felt like I was their top customer.

I love having Kelly and her team on my side. So many insurance companies are getting further and further away from directly interacting with their customers but Kelly and her staff still take a very personable and hands on approach with their customers. Even though Allstate is a big insurance company, having a relationship with Kelly and her team gives me peace of mind that I have someone looking out for my best interests. After frustration dealing with another agency I decided to visit the Kelly Scott agency. Glad I did. Very professional and hands on. Upon my request, they took care of my concerns for my home and two vehicles. Love it when you can call and someone answers the phone. Love it when a business is willing to talk face to face as all businesses should be willing to do. Plus being personable and professional. That’s what I like about Kelly and her staff. Truly a great first time impression. Looking forward to many years with Kelly Scott and her team. If your not a 100% happy camper, give Kelly at call.
