I love Kaio FIIT! I've lost nearly 20 pounds in two months and really enjoyed the process. I get so much out of an hour at Kaio over going to the gym.

Love this new concept gym!!!! It’s a great mix of weights, rowinng, suspension training, and skillmill. You are always moving, and the workouts are always changing!!! I love Cooper and Charlie’s passion! Not only do they motivate you, but help correct my form so I get the most out of my workouts!!!! Thx guys!!
