I recently visited International Auto Sales & Service for a seatbelt buckle replacement, arriving at 10:20am. During the visit, I inquired about the cost to repair one of the headlights on my vehicle. My wife specifically requested that we be informed of the price before any work was done.
Walter, the owner, assured us that he would contact me with a quote before proceeding with the headlight repair. At 12:00pm, he called me to let me know le that it will be $120 for labor and part to fix the headlight that evert hyping was already taken apart all that they needed was my approval. I was surprised by this, as I had only requested a price estimate. After some deliberation, I agreed to the repair. He said that the are is going to be ready on 30 min. I received a voicemail around 3:45 p.m. that the car was not ready as they encountered a problem and needed an extra part and more labor to be able to fix the light and was going to be and extra charge of $130+ the $120. I said no, as I was not able to pay that at the moment.
Upon car pick up, walter charged me $130 for "labor" on an unrepair headlight even though they decided to dissamble parts with out my permission from the gecko so $240 for and used seatbelt buckle replacement.

Amazing place… Walter was about to help my daughter out. He was able to work with her on the price of the Van and was able to work out a 2yr warranty… I am also bring my car in for tires he was able to beat the competitors on price.. this is my new spot

Mr. Walter was a lifesaver i had been searching for a vehicle for a month and i found International Auto Sales by happenstance and i am so happy with my 2013 ford escape. Mr Walter reduced the price of the vehicle, gave me a 3 month warranty, and gave me SiriusXM for 3 months.
