I always end up missing up to $2,000 every time I file. Do not use hr block they will do you wrong and tell you the wrong advice.

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to George & Celeste at this H&R location. We had a very complicated tax year dealing with non-taxable pension, homesale, multi-state residency, etc. and these two crushed it. George did not leave a stone unturned even though he may have lost some sleep over it. Celeste (the supervisor) ensured everything was above board & transparent and supported George through this daunting task. Thank you guys for being solid professionals & wading through the muddy waters of swirling tax laws to help us! We will be back for certain (even if George defers us..lolol)

Rescheduled our appointment morning of when our appointment was for the time they opened. Called when they opened to check the time, they said they didn't mean to reschedule us and hoped we'd get there in time for before our appointment block ended. Didn't correctly file, had no understanding of how to file for our business. Not happy at all.
