Patricia Johnson works out of here as a healer and she's FANTASTIC. I highly recommend her to anyone with medical, physical issues. Shelped be find the "root" cause of my nagging loneliness in just 2 sessions. Feeling much better now. I wish the best to her and all if the employees there.

A cozy little nest of a store with a beautiful selection of crystals and herbs. Staff is kind and knowledgeable, and very patiently helped select the right crystals for me.I will absolutely be returning! ❤

Had a terrible experience here, was treated extremely rudely. I was ready to buy but walked out without my haul because I was spoken to so rudely. Disappointing, as they have some rarer items that are hard to find in the area.

The staff here is amazing! The atmosphere instantly soothes you when you walk in. You are encouraged to explore the crystals and handle them if you wish. Their facilitators are knowledgeable and truly care about their clients. They are happy to answer any and all questions regardless of topic. They share their joy and peace with everyone that comes through the door. I highly recommend stopping in and experiencing this lovely shop. I have taken several workshops with different practitioners here and every one of them is fantastic!!

I have been going to and supporting The Herb Shop for years. I scheduled an appointment for myself and a friend at least 6 weeks ago because that's how long it took to get in. Was driving home from vacation in Fl today and missed their confirmation call. I called back to confirm my appt for tomorrow only to be told that they had given it away as I hadn't called back within a window of time that they set and left on my voicemail. To say I was astonished is an understatement. The gal on the other end of the phone advised she was sorry but this was their policy. In addition to that when I made the appointment I was also told that my friend and I couldn't have back to back appointments because if 1 of us cancelled the appointment or didn't show up the likelihood of the other doing the same was too high so they separated our appointment times. In a world where small business are struggling to stay afloat I would think customer service would be a much higher priority. Instead of my continuing support as a long time customer and a person who has referred many people, I am now looking for avenues to share my shock and dismay at the lack of better business practices. As a former owner of a locally owned retail store, I believe the price or cost of doing business requires risks and is often referred to as "The cost of doing business" that at the minimum means giving your clients an opportunity to confirm an appointment before giving it away a full 23.5 hrs before it's even scheduled. Not only will I not go back, but in the future instead of referring friends; I will be sharing my horrible experience with family, friends and strangers alike as I leave my review so that others can be made aware and decide for themselves if this is the type of establishment they would want to support.

Sally and Elle are the best humans ever! Super kind, patient and considerate! I feel so much better now that I’m taking higher quality, wholistic supplements and Sally definitely knows her stuff! I drive an hour both ways to come see her every month. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to live their best life while feeling their best :)
