I knew I should have waited til today when my salon opened but I did not and even though the girl was super sweet she can not cut hair! I knew from watching it looked off then she said she was 20, so maybe not enough experience I am unsure but my hair is not even and looks butchered !

I have been going to this salon since nov. Every 1 to 2 weeks because i cant move my left arm to shampoo my own hair. 80 % of my encounters where wonderfun. The two ladies who helped me where great. 2 weeks ago when i arrived. It was a women with glasses. She kept telling me that my hair ta gled because it was long. I have had waist length hair for most of my life.it is curly. She kept telling me to cut it. Today 2 different people the one who took care of me did not speak english. He did not ask about the water temp. or ask anything but how i wanted to cut my hair. I reminded him it was just a shampoo. He did not dry my hair at all not even with a towel. If this was my first trip here i would never return.
Stylist: Today was a ge eman who did not speak english.

Bring a bowl if you want it straight ? Maybe next time I'll spend the $24 on my own set of clippers.

Asked and showed what I needed. She proceeded with various cuts everywhere. Had a piece of hair near ear that sticks out and she said, I’ll fix it. She took shears and cut it off leaving a bald spot behind ear and straight razor looking hair above. Terrible cutter.
