Dollar Monday is dead and they killed it with their “rewards program”
So let me start by saying Monday was my favorite day of the week I’d race in with everyone else to find some $1 finds. However last few Mondays it’s been picked clean and now I know why. There was some “select group” offered a rewards program (something despite being here weekly they never seemed to advertise… seems it was a special group ). And guess what $1 Sunday is just for them so of course the place is picked clean. For someone benefits from having a chance at $1 clothing/other items and NOT one of the many resellers this is a huge blow. That and Raising the prices on clothing to near Costco or Burlington levels is it for me. so guess I’ll shop there since it’s $2 more and new. Super disappointed.

The cashier who has an earring in her nose is super bad mannered or charges like that or breaks things and still laughs and makes fun, she's really the worst. I hope they either pass her back or take her out super bad and not once several times already that's how it is with me

they claim you can return clothing in 14 days with a receipt (which I had) to the original store you purchased from (this one) but didn’t accept an apparel return. Either open your dressing rooms or stop lying to customers saying they can return apparel items when you don’t allow them to.

The managers at this store is so bad, they don't listen what is said to them, the bathrooms are always dirty. This store has changed so bad. Almost no books on the shelf at all. The guy who is putting things on the shelf is always yelling at people like he was doing this past Saturday when we were shopping there, he was yelling at customers to get out of the way.

Electronics aren't tested: bought an iron, didn't work. Clothes aren't quality checked, lots of stains; bought a pair of shorts today, no button. Employees aren't professional, someone left a kid in the toy aisle for an extended period of time and the one checking me out kept saying, to one coworker and two customers, "if it {the child} goes missing, I won't be sad, and it isn't on me." What?! Yes, it is. You're being paid to do better. In conclusion, meh.

Items that were .69 cents last week have increased to $1.09 or more. I liked this location bc I could find crayons, chalk, stickers, coloring books, notepads, playing cards, educational cards, etc, etc. I buy these items to give to children for FREE! Also, saw some items that were marked higher than the original price! I'm fully expecting the generic response stating, "It's for our job career center, helping others, please call guest services, etc." This simply isn't true. Sure, some of the money probably does go to the career center, but a majority of the profits do not. Plus, not all GW locations have career centers. As a former employee with Goodwill of NG and Goodwill Southern Rivers of GA for a few years, I can attest that GW does not help people who truly need it. I've seen it firsthand. Plus, the CEOs make A LOT of money. I've met the CEO(s). The prices in the stores are decided by the store manager. They do not have to mark up prices. The store manager makes that decision! Very disappointing and frustrating. Also, the women's bathroom is always dirty. Do better GW and pay your employees a better wage!!!

Dropped off three bags today as I frequently do. Items were in my trunk. Male attendant refused to lower my trunk after removing the bags. I had to raise my voice and INSIST that he close my trunk. He was still yelling at me as I drove away. If he is ever there again, I will not donate anything to Goodwill. I understand he is slow, but he should be trained not to argue with donating customers.

This is one of my favorite Goodwills. As a Hawaiian shirt collector, I find many great shirts here. The staff are also very friendly.

Goodwill has become a sham. Even turning away items of very good quality because they are 'overstocked' - and missing the fundamental point that part of what they (should) provide is a reliable place to dispose of unwanted household goods.
