I have dropped off stuff here in the past without issues but was met by a very rude man here. He was eating lunch, and the sign says to go through the side door. I went to the side door, and there were bags there already. I figured he told the others to set them down during his lunch break so I did the same to not interrupt him. He came out in a huff because he said they were closed and that donations were not being taken. He asked asked me if that one bag was all I had, and I told him yes. He told me to leave it, and I said okay with a very stoic face because I was so angry at his tone and awful customer service. He really takes the “good” out of Goodwill.

Very rude dude with an accent. Brought a big bag of clothes to donate and he kept asking me if these were pillows and I told him multiple times they were clothes.

Rude man at this location. Closed when stated suppose to be open. It would be easier to just throw my donations in the dumpster than to be treated with such ugliness and no one ever there.

I just tried to drop off a small box of toys and Christmas decorations and was very rudely told no by the older man with an accent that worked there. He said he’d already had 50 donations this morning. Apparently Goodwill doesn’t need donations so I’ll be donating with another organization in the future.

Went by today during business hrs, approx 3:30 pm and the older guy with an accent refused for us to leave cloths in a bag saying he was on lunch and to take it to a different store. What a joke.

Well, glad I'm not alone. Guy with accent was on phone when I pulled up. Came out and said they were closed. I looked at sign that indicated they were open at 1000, it was 1020. He advised closed for technical problems.I told him I had three small items to drop off. He said truck hasn't been here in two weeks, no room. Now reading these comments, don't know if it was true or of he was just as lazy as everyone else had said. You would think that GoodWill would read these every once in a while.

I can’t agree more about everyone’s comments about the old guy with the accent being obnoxiously rude, arrogant and egotistical. Never knew someone could be so rude and lazy!

The guy with the accent is lazy and unpleasant. He stands behind the cart and waits for you to get everything out.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the older gentlemen with the accent. I pulled up 10 mins early (not even realizing it), opened my trunk and got out to help and was yelled at“GO! We aren’t open yet! We have a schedule! GO” meanwhile I’m flabbergasted looking at my watch not even saying anything because I’m so shocked someone would speak to me like this just for pulling up, and a woman is walking up to go into work and says “I’ll take you” so I told him that she said she would take me and he just continues to yell “NO! GO to the store!!” “She won’t take you”. I will be writing to corporate for what it’s worth as this is not any way to treat a customer. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be donating here again.

Horrible experience. Older gentleman always say they are full or no longer accepting items. When they do accept something. They yank it damaging it and just all around rude
