Prices are too high for used items ,some items are priced for more than if you bought it new
Purses are to expensive at $14.99 and there not even a name brand ,some purses you can get for $4.99

I found a little red box that was locked and needed a combination code to get inside(it’s was only three numbers so I was willing to try to open it to use the box and of course see what’s inside). At checkout I told Brandy (the sales assistant) about my plan and she started trying numbers and BOOM she got it. So very thankful for Brandys customer service and willingness to help me. Got a useable lock box from Goodwill thanks to her.

Not just this one but all Goodwill stores are getting more expensive especially for used stuff. It's very disappointing. I can go to Walmart, Tjmaxx or even Ross and buy new clothes for these prices. Just ridiculous

I had to drop this previous 3 star rating to 1 star. There is a rack off to the side at this store with the “good stuff”. They have $40 pairs of jeans and $20 shirts from Walmart. Y’all should send this stuff to your auction website or put it out with the rest of the clothes. also, the soap dispenser in the bathroom doesn’t work.

BAD, BAD, BAD SERVICE!
I bought a table, and they resale before I was able to pick it up.
I called to let them know I was so sick so they could save it.
Lesson learned.
They keep the money no refund, no item.
Do you know Goodwill just pay minimum salaries?
I'll never return. Indeed.
