Another European Shop well-known quoted me $7000 and said I needed a new motor put in my Mercedes. Freeman was able to determine there was no reason for a new motor & found the problem was coolant leak etc. Saved me $5500 from the two other quotes from the well known European shops wanting to sell me a new motor. John Freeman, honest, knowledgeable and I'll never use anyone else!! Freeman Automotive, the best!

I took my ******** to Freeman's shop to have them properly install the top radiator hose using ******** approved locking device. When the vehicle was next released to me, they had replaced the radiator, thermostat (again), upper & lower hoses, expansion tank and replaced coolant (without verifying the coolant level after signing off and releasing the ******** with less than proper coolant level).I noted the car was running too hot and checked coolant level at home to discover the system had air lock and was over one gallon low on coolant.Overall, I have paid invoices ($1,577.87) to Freeman Automotive for slip shod work that amounts to throwing parts at my car, rather than making the diagnostics necessary and totally ignoring my initial request that they properly attach my top radiator hose using the ******** approved latching device. OVERHEATING caused the head gasket(s) to blow out. Best estimates to replace gaskets are from low @$3,800.00 to high @ $4,600.00.Freeman claims he offers 3 year parts & labor warranty but refuses to honor.

We've taken several cars to Freeman Automotive ranging from a late model Mercedes convertible to a newer hybrid Volvo. John and his team are excellent at diagnosing and correcting any problem we've encountered. I highly recommend this shop for European vehicles.

Unfortunately, my car's problems weren't fixed correctly and the computer was reset to turn off the engine warning light. However, it simply came back on a few miles down the road after leaving the repair facility. Once at home, I popped the hood and also found that my car's right side air intake pipe was completely left off entirely. It was just smooshed between the hood and engine. Unbelievable, I've never experienced such poor quality control work before, especially from a so-called European automotive specialist. Plus, there was grease found on my car's interior passenger door and what appears to be ketchup on the interior passenger side ceiling.

John Freeman installed height adjustable lowering springs on my 2020 Porsche 911. He did an outstanding job and performed as promised. Mind blowing service! John is not the type of person to put up balloons, have a greeter greet you and other fluff when you service your car there, then hit you with a whopping bill. Probably one of the most straightforward people that I've ever met. The way it should be. No smoking mirrors just mind blowing work and service!I took my vehicle to United BMW in Alpharetta. Never again! They have all the greeters, coffee, snacks, fluff and smoking mirrors that you can stand for one day. The very greedy Service Advisors work strictly on commission. They'll upsell you a bunch of repair recommendations that you simply don't need. The hourly repair rate is insulting. The cost of parts is so ridiculous you would think that they're flying part over 1st class from Germany directly from the factory!Oh wait sorry, this is suppose to be about John Freeman Automotive. Take your foreign car to John and nowhere else! Especially not a dealership! John's guy fixed my Electronic Parking Brake Actuator the same day for a fraction of what those crooks of at United BMW in Alpharetta quoted me and John does no upselling for things that you just don't need.Thanks John, great job!Service: Brakes
