Took my bike in today to get new tires put on and get my chain tensioned cleaned On my way home I noticed how swirly the back tire was. Upon getting home I noticed my whole back wheel was covered on the Cain oil (picture provided) not cool very dangerous.

We have had a very positive post-purchase experience with Ride Now. The general manager, Brian, stepped in to help us secure a new part even though the "official" warranty period had expired. He listened carefully to what we had to say and facilitated a reasonable and fair solution. We felt put-off by the Kawasaki corporate people, but our local dealer made it right. We live in a different state than our dealer; however, it is worth the drive to receive top-notch service.

First person in this morning. All I needed was to have the front tire they installed balanced properly. 2 hours later and my bike hasn’t moved.

This place is a scam
Purchased a Bike here a few months ago and had the worst experience I've ever had through a dealership. I told the dealer that I wanted to go through my bank at least 6 times and every time they came back with another awful quote from their bank trying to rip me off. Finally they stopped trying and I went through my bank and got a monthly payment 200 dollars cheaper than what they tried to get me in. After going through all of that I noticed that they wanted to charge me a 1000 dollar assembly fee on a USED bike that was already assembled. I was probably here for over 5 hours just trying to purchase a bike, No I don't want a tour of your store or get to meet all the staff, I could care less. I just want to get the bike and leave. Went to go load up the bike in the back of my truck and simply asked one of the staff for some assistance which they refused because they were closed and wanted to go home even though I just got him a sale and some commission.

Got that pricing bait and switch going on here. Advertised a reduced price online but the fees were so insane it still ended up being more than others dealers’ selling at full price. Now I know why they wouldn’t just send me an out the door price. Wasted my time playing this game. I’ve never seen fees like that in my life. The RideNow reviews on Reddit are legit - just take a look.

So funny story. Walked with my boyfriend to “check out” a motorcycle they had listed online … walked out with two motorcycles.
From the moment we walked up, to the moment we loaded the bikes onto the trailer, we were treated like family. Reese was the first one to greet us outside when we were checking out the bike. This young man had only worked there a few months, but was so damn knowledgeable. And if he didn’t know something, he would research and find out for us. I had originally gone to a different dealership to purchase the bike brand new, but had such a terrible customer service experience, then I decided to see if any dealerships had one used. And I am so thankful that it happened this way.
Once we started walking around the store, a bit more, we came across a second bike, and honestly the deal was so good that we would’ve been fools to pass it up. Kannon, the sales manager was truly spectacular as well. These two guys have become friends and will soon become family. They will both have a space at our Thanksgiving dinner every single year. We’ve made plans to meet at Barber in Alabama and Sturgis next year.
Can’t wait to go back and buy more toys from them!

Had a great experience purchasing my son his 1st Yamaha Raptor, our salesman Adam did awesome and helped us a lot, every person that we talked to was very helpful and kind, we are very happy with our purchase.
