The personnel are very nice, it feels like a spa day, lol. They make sure that the customers are very satisfied and ask them their desired visit, they are also very nice and make small talk which is nice. Very respectful too.

I was a walk in and Susan took me immediately and made great suggestions for my hair. I wanted highlights and a cut she did the cap for my highlights and it turned out great. Because of her kindness and skills I have a new hair stylist.
