The lady running the store closed it earlier than it was supposed to close, I had walked to the store once and wanted to get cigarettes, I had forgotten my id and she could not sell them to me it's company policy, I understand that but I walked all the way back to get my ID and walked back to the store and I arrived at 851 pm because I'll Google it said the store stay open till 9 when I arrive 2851 she was unlocking the door to let customers out there were more customers inside inline ask her can I not please come in and buy the cigarettes and she said no she did really close the door so I am disabled and done all this walking in the area I'm not used to and this lady decides that she's going to close the store probably like 15 minutes early it's not fair that employees get to decide what the hours of operation are.

Arrived at 9:25 pm and says store is open until 10 pm but their doors are locked I called and they said they close a 9. Get it together family dollar!

Love that it's so close to my house. Had one slight issue with old prices. I love michael, he is literally the only person that cares about each and every customer. I even went to work there during remodel and I enjoyed it, however I saw things that will never let me even shop there again...... Much less work there! All I can say is this: CHECK THE DATES ON ALL YOUR GROCERY AND PET FOODS! DISGUSTING

When I went into the store there was no one that worked there to be seen. I finally found an employee so I could ask a question. She was very rude and acted like i was disturbing her. I wasn't the only customer in the store at the time.
