Absolutely the worst parts department I’ve ever dealt with. 3 weeks now with no parts no shipping. If you call you either get passed around the phone system, or if the parts department answers it’s “not their job” can’t access online orders. How convenient. Given a different answer every time l make contact.

Shipping was slow and took too long for the added cost. Item descriptions were very poor, ended up with wrong part and return policy is a joke. I'll stick with local dealers and eBay.

I wish I would have read some of the negative reviews before placing an order here.
Ordered HVAC bulbs from this company since they had them listed cheaper than any other company I found.
They claimed they don't fit my Ram even tho the part numbers match and show them as fitting a 95 Ram on every other site they are listed on. They claim their VIN reader says they aren't compatible with my truck so they flat out just canceled my order and claimed I just need to buy an entire unit instead (how convenient)
Super shady. I just decided to buy a slightly more expensive pair from a competing site. Good to know I won't be supporting a company with shady business practices like this.

Great experience every time. These guys are very customer service oriented they will help you anyway they can with your Mopar Vehicle. Ordered part on 10-30-23 and it didn't ship till 11-8-2023 an hour after I called. The part didn't arrive until 11-13-2023 and it was damaged. It cost me around $90.00 for this and they shipped it in a box with no packaging at all. Just this part in a box. Even the most careful mail person could incidentally damage this.Now they want me to send the part back, wait another two weeks at least to rectify. On top of it, they send me a return label good for 24 hours from a completely different email account. This doesn't seem customer friendly at all!1-12-2024 A little late on the update but they sent out a new part without notification. Once inquired I received a delivery confirmation. I never received the replacement part and was told to reach out to delivery company so I guess I'm out 90.00.

I made my purchase online 10/31/2023 and at the time of purchase on their page it says that you will receive the order in 2 days, then you buy and an email arrives that you will receive it in 3 to 5 WORKING days, well, what do you think the 5 have passed? days, I send an email and they tell me that the spare part will only arrive at their facilities until 8/11/2023, FIRST if they do not have the spare part for what they offer it, SECOND false information when selling with delivery times, THIRD TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT YET AND I HAVE THE VEHICLE PARKED WAITING IF THE BLESSED REPLACEMENT ONE DAY ARRIVES.
