Today, 6/7/24, I had the pleasure of having Adrienne cut & style my hair. She did an amazing job. First she took the time to really listen to my requests. She was polite, professional and efficient.
I brought in past pics of my haircuts - not a model's photo - me. The last time I did that for a stylist they didn't listen at all and it was terrible. My hair has a mind of its own but when cut proper it is relatively easy to handle.
Adrienne concentrated and delivered a great cut. She then worked to style it and tweaked some of the wild attitude my hair can have. The salon is very nice, booking process convenient, and I was thrilled with Adrienne. Thank you for an outstanding experience.

I got the worst hair cut ever, there's a layer on the left and a very short one on the right, can't part in the middle.. but the worst part is that it's 3 inches shorter and it took me 6 months to get that length. now I'll be wearing extentions all summer.

I visited Elements once before and had a decent experience, so I thought I'd come back. I tend to go a very long time between cuts, mostly because of forgetting to schedule. (I wear my hair back a lot for my work, so cuts tend to go further and further to the end of the to-do list).
In desperation, I called a week ago to basically get an appointment available today and was accommodated (something I wasn't anticipating at all).
I typically dread get cuts until I find someone who I'm really comfortable with and like their style as well. I'm not a huge fan of small talk to begin with, and I typically am not very great at describing what I'm thinking when it comes to hair and it is usually so grown out it's hard to tell from before.
Today, I met Rachel for the first time, and it's been YEARS since I felt so comfortable talking with someone I just met. It was like catching up with an old friend - which is rare for me to say!
She nailed what I was looking for on multiple fronts without doing anything too drastic (which is what I'm usually afraid of). Not only did she have me leaving feel confident (and not like I had to tie my hair back). My husband immediately gave me a compliment along with several friends!
As long as Rachel is there, I'll be back!

Very kind and professional environment. Adrienne is my gal. She is an absolute doll. I was new to the salon and she went above and beyond to help me with a "hair crisis" and I have been super satisfied ever since. Highly recommend!

BAD experience. Will never be back. LUCETTE WAS THE WORST.June 2023 I scheduled my appointment with Adrienne. She was very respectful, she was pleasant but she did not do a good job, she didn't cover my roots as I repeatedly (+4×) requested, left stains in my face from the color, did not add face framing as requested, and color was not at all as I requested it.She was nice and was willing to see me again another time as she said: "We need to close the owner does not allow for us to work after 7pm, is late".When I returned, while I was communicating with Adrienne how to fix my hair, Lucette, stepped in with opinions, nobody asked her, she was not the owner, she was Not was hairstylist, she was SO RUDE, she was rushing me.Something she said: "You keep looking at your hair and is 7:10!"I was clear and I said I was only going to speak with Adrienne, Lucette kept mentioning about time wasted. This was the worst experience ever at a hair salon!I had enough that night, I requested my money back.Adrianne, and the receptionist, were able to speak with the owner, and asked me to give them a chance to meet with the owner another day, I accepted.When returned the owner was serious, my impression was that she was not happy with me, body language was: "ok say what you need to say let's be done".Her husband also enter the room, I felt that he was a little more willing to help, and thrive to have a good understanding.They did apologize for Lucettas awful attitude but he said that he believed Lucetta's intentions were good, that she wanted to help. NO! I do not believe that, no excuse to treat people like this.Owner also mentioned that they have stayed late before in order to finish their work, and that they "never" told the employees to close by a certain time.I was willing that the owner would fix my hair, or Adrianne but under the owner's supervision, but the owner said she did not have any time, but I guessed her intentions were to just give me my money back so I can leave. Owners didn't even offer anything special for this issue.So I decided to take my money back, as I was leaving I requested the owner to removed my face stains, with a not so pleasant attitude she vaguely tried with no success, she said she did not see any stains.I left so dissatisfied, so frustrated, but...lesson learned.People deserve to be treated with Dignity, and Respect.If I was the owner, I would myself take the time to fix the customer problem, and offer something special like: next haircut for free, or a free deep conditioning treatment.Not returning for sure.

I was looking for somewhere to do a spontaneous pixie cut for me and I called for a same day appointment. Long shot I know. I called and they fit me in for a 3pm and Rachel cut my hair perfectly! I will be a regular now. Everyone was so sweet!

I went in for haircut on Friday of last week I left the salon about two minutes on my way home I started hating my haircut with the bangs and style my confidence has been low ever since I wouldn’t recommend the place that’s the reason for a one star review :(Service: Haircut
