We've been taking our dogs there for years. Not only for the vet services, but grooming as well. I have always been impressed with the same consistently professional cut our Scottish Terrier receives. Our dog seems to enjoy it as he doesn't come home traumatized like he has before at other groomers. Pricing is comparable. Staff is friendly.

We have taken our dogs to Acres Mill for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. They are always fair and helpful with a genuine care for our pups.

Acres Mill Vet has seen all of my animals for the last three years. They’re always able to squeeze us in to be seen last minute for emergencies. Could not recommend them enough.

I took my new dog who is working on her fearfulness to Acres Mill today for her first round of vaccines and a wellness check. The entire staff were wonderful and took very good care of us. They made a visit which could have been stressful a good experience.

Been using acres mill for many many years but over the past year or so they have priced themselves way over my pay grade . I called to discuss their price gouging from a last visit and all the Lady could tell me is that I can refuse different services at anytime. Unfortunately after many many years of service I will be looking for another vet .

I do not mind paying for vet visits but when it is just shots should not have to pay for a office visit charge. I have been to several vets getting just shots and just paying for the shots. They are very rude and unprofessional all they care about is the money not your pets that are your babies

This vet hospital hurts your animal, makes you pay the vet bill, and does not give the pup pain meds. They also make it a point to talk about private phone calls (between the DR and the owner) to other people. SUCH A VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. I would not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Stewart is so warm, kind and empathetic. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend Acres Mill Veterinary Clinic.

Listen to the reviews and don't waste your time. The staff is rude and they most definitely DO try to exhort more money out of you. Find a vet clinic that cares about the wellbeing of animals and not money.

Dr. Stewart and all the staff are all so amazing! Very professional and attentive. And the groomer Kelly there is also amazing. Best groomer around! Highly recommend Acres Mill!

I've been a client of Acres Mill for 3 years and have watched it steadily decline. We used to come here for boarding, which was discontinued. I came recently when my dog was ill and we had gotten our shots elsewhere when we had to board, but I forgot the records. The frizzy haired brunette up front would not call to have them sent over. I felt she was irritated I interrupted her cell phone call. She simply said "We don't do that." and went on with her conversation. While in the room, I also overheard this same woman telling a person on the phone they wouldn't see their pet and to go to the ER, stating "a lack of action on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine." Wow, really? Not to mention their customer service staff changes every single time I am there, but they choose to keep Mrs Frizzle who doesn't seem to give a damn about anyone. None of their staff is especially friendly or polite, except our nurse, Kayla. I could hear the other nurses behind the door arguing over who had to cut a pet's nails. Ok, we get it. None of you want to be there, and now neither do I. Time to find a place that not only wants my business, but appreciates it as well.

Had an emergency experience with a Coyote attacking our Boxer. Our Boxer (Female, 11 y.o.) OUT RAN the Coyote but, not without Bites all over her back end & leg. Our family really appreciates the professionalism & kindness shown to our dog. Thank You Acres Mill!

We were thrown out of their practice because I answered a survey honestly. I had 2 dr there with 2 different diagnoses. Spent out lots of unnecessary money taking animal to specialist. I found the most wonderful vet that fixed our doggies problem for around 300.00. Instead of thousands. I'm not allowed to even walk in the door up there. I was honest answering questions and they mailed mine and other family members animals records to them. I would definitely not recommend this practice.
