I took my brother here during the summer and it was a great experience! They offered field trips, water days and even had Kona ice. My brother had a great time and he begs to come back for another camp! Absolutely love the place and the staff :).

Update: Do not go here!! They expelled my 4 year old for behavior problems all seeming to occur during nap time which here is 2 hours long. They would bring him up front causing him to lash out as he did not want to sit in the office and would not be consolable. He was hit scratched, black eyes and a busted lip for over a year and nothing done until he became aggressive. They had him since he was 8 weeks old so if there is a problem in daycare then clearly something was not done correctly along the way, they have no way to seperate children causing your child pain and will not even try the solutions you offer, he also could not bring his tablet for nap time but if you work there your child can. I am so betrayed by this daycare and have met 6!!! Other families with similar problems...Don't understand any bad reviews...I love this daycare. My son Chase(11 weeks) is always well taken care of. The updates on feedings, naps, and diaper changes have put me at ease while at work. And any time I have a question they do not hesitate to answer them. I also now have a 7 year old enrolled in camp for the summer, and he falls asleep in the car every day even though we only live about 5 minutes away. Mrs.pat is my favorite she is wonderful with the babies in the infant room and so are Elyssa, and Autumn. I trust them and that matters a whole lot to me when it comes to a daycare. It's always clean and tidy. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to take my hearts. ❤

if I could give this place a 0 I would! it's nasty there. roaches, pee carpet they won't get rid of or atleast steam clean, front office are only welcoming when you come for a tour, they talk about you and your kids, food is never cooked all the way through, trash around the outside of the facility even the park is garbage for the older kids. take your kids elsewhere too much money to have them watched in a "trap House facility"!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility! I am a former employee and parent of two children who attended Discovery Point Prominence Point. Every employee truly cares for all the children that come through the doors. Both my children were always well taken care of and learned so much. This child care center is nothing short of phenomenal. If you are looking for care for any age child this is where to send them!

I am so disappointed in this daycare . One there to much money and two the kid is not taking care of . My kid went there for a month and we were not pleased with it . He came home wet and he came home with rashes and everything else . Don’t take your kid here . It’s not a great environment. I wish I did better research and they stick up for the staff and make the parents feel bad

Love this daycare! My kids have been to many and this one is by far my favorite. They staff is so caring and understanding. One of the other things I love is you can message them anytime and get a timely response. I’ve messaged them at 10:30 pm and expected a response the next morning, they responded maybe 5 minutes later. I would definitely recommend. Love them.

My daughters attended the facility almost two years. The basics are cost ~$220/week they included diapers. They have lots of toys. Breakfast and lunch is provided and they have around 15:1 student teacher ratio. Before the pandemic the care was much better my daugther loved Ms. Celostia and Ms. Carrie she spoke about them everyday. But, you get what you pay for essentially. After the pandemic, my daugther experienced more biting incidents scratches, and safety hazards like constant falling. The final straw was picking her up after a 11 hour day she immediately complained about her pee pee. She was grabbing and screaming it. I took her home and changed her diaper to find dirt, soggy broken Elisa pamper pull-up from that morning, strong urine odor, and a horrible diaper rash. I checked the daily report there was on update of a changed diaper at 4:11pm (not true). The daycare uses Luv's pampers. They were potty training 30 kids using 2 potty's from my understanding. But the timeframes don't add up. I called the daycare they claimed she was dry for 11 hours!!! Even with that argument the severity of her rash and the smell I should have been called from work how bad it was. I rushed her to Children's Hospital Urgent Care on Chastain Rd. They had to take a urine sample and she was diagnosed with UTI and was on antibiotics and a steroid rash cream for a week. She creamed in agony at the hospital just two hours from leaving daycare of her pee pee burning and hurting. I had to leave work for a week to care for her. The new teachers hired need to make sure they really watch they children bottoms. She is fine now but we decided it was not a good fit for her anymore.

This school, and it's staff are beyond incredible. When I send my children I know they are happy, in safe hands, and treated like family. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have become a second family over the last 2 years, and I'm forever thankful. I highly recommend them to everyone!

My son is in the toddler class and loves his school, he had an issue in a previous class and Jenny really stepped up and helped make sure that my son was taken care of and that the situation happening was being handled appropriately.

NOT SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY!!!!!! My son lasted a whole 2 1/2 weeks here before being asked to leave. The school is understaffed and the turn over rate is high. I wish I could have saved my money and not enrolled my son here. They called me about just about anything to get me to come pick my son up early, mind you I had just stared my new job. I feel like their staff was not properly trained on how to handle children that are on the spectrum. They will sell you a dream just to get your child enrolled so they can make their $$$$$ BE WARNED, NOT AUTISM FRIENDLY. As a parent with a child on the spectrum you want to be reassured that your child is in good hands, and I made sure to communicate with them early on that he was autistic (highly functioning, Aspergers Syndrome), I even asked if they had worked with children on the spectrum before and they said yes. Based on that I made my decision to enroll him there and regret it more than ever. I should have just paid a little more to just put him at Primrose, but being a single parent I am strapped for cash. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET. The teachers were pleasant, but the management is pretty rude, even hanging up on me the last day my son was there... which by the way I had to pick him up early that day too. Now don't get me wrong, I am by no means claiming my son to be perfect all the time, but when dealing with children on the spectrum you have to approach things a little differently and I feel like they did little for my son to accommodate ANY of his needs... if anything I felt like I was accommodating THE DAYCARES needs by leaving work almost everyday early to get him. This is just my experience with this daycare as a parent of a child with special needs & I feel like its my duty to warn others like me to stay away from this place if you can.

I love this daycare. Both my infant and toddler are here and I have to say I absolutely love it! My toddler actually wakes up in the mornings asking me "mommy when are we going to daycare?" This is the 3rd daycare I have put my toddler in simply because I was unhappy with the others. Not only do they save me money on formula and daipers for my infant by providing them but they also do so many fun things for the kids. They also have parent night which is great for parents who do not have nannies.
