Absolutely the worst customer service you can ever experience in your entire life 1.5 hours to purchase a firearm after you picked it out I was the only person purchasing during this entire process. The girl behind the counter may be spoke 5 words totally rude totally unprofessional She had no idea what she was doing 2 other people came through department while I was waiting and snickered and advised welcome to dicks in Canton. This place is always like this. !!

Just brought my 5 month old in to pick up an online order super quick. Thought we’d be in and out. Just thought it was weird that there was one staff member working one register and 3 other staff members (girls, one had a braid ponytail) glued to their phones next to the registers while I held my son and waited in line. There was no one behind me—I’m not sure why one of them couldn’t have grabbed my online order in the 30 seconds it took once I was helped. When I was walking out, I actually saw a mom with like 4 kids trying to get one of the staff member’s attention and it’s like they couldn’t even look up from their phones to attend to her. Haven’t seen that in a store like Dick’s before!

Great store and very friendly staff. We came to the store in the morning of September 9th. We were treated as we entered the store. They were very nice to our two children. The young man working in the golf section was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He explains their options for reshafting and other services they offered.

I ordered a couple of pairs of workout pants for my husband and several different colors. I placed the order online to pick up in store to get a text message. Five minutes later that my order was canceled. I was just in your store a day ago and you had so many on the shelf that they were sticking out in that size so I find it hard to believe that you have zero of them in stock like I was told on the phone I can understand one color but every single color. So I decided to take a drive over and they have every pair of shorts that I ordered in the color I’m looking for I guess we’re just lazy and didn’t want to fulfill the order.Maybe I’ll take my business to academy sport where they’ll fill my order instead of canceling it

I was looking for some last minute fishing tackle for my upcoming annual fishing trip. You anglers know what I'm talking about. That one lure that will catch the biggest fish! Lol Among other departments, Dick's has a very nice fishing section. Lots of line, leaders, swivels and hooks. Many quality rods and reels. And aisles of top brand name lures. From jerk baits, to jigs and plenty of crank baits. Stylish apparel for any activity, running, golf, tennis and hiking, all at a very good price. A great all around sports and apparel store to have close by.

Lied about what they had in stock after I was very clear over the phone about what I was looking for which was a fuel canister for a pocket rocket stove. I'm down here about to thru hike the Appalachian trail with no car so lost my money to an Uber from my hotel for nothing.

The manager James at this store is very arrogant and cares more about his machismo than helping customers. He cares more about looking important than he does about his products or about his customers.James' store sold me a defective pair of shoes that I brought back not 2 hours later. Another manager and I came to a mutually beneficial decision that I could use store credit for the about the shoes were. This would let the store still make a sale and would not leave me with broken shoes. James then had to put his nose where it didn't belong and he started telling me that they would not honor the previous agreement. He started claiming that I was lying about how they broke (Which is both untrue and completely unprofessional for someone in his position). He also said that his store didn't claim any responsibility for the products that they sell and that after I wore the shoes they were my problem.I am handling the issue with corporate, but I would suggest that you avoid this store in order to avoid having to deal with James.

Very disappointed in the lack of soccer cleats. It may not be soccer season but some people still play in the winter. We had around 8 Styles to choose from but there was only 1 style with size 10. Speedy check out so that was a plus!

I love the store. Please be aware- someone is running a scam on line, saying it is from Dick’s Sporting Goods. If you take their survey, they will send you a Yetti Backpack Cooler. All you pay is shipping. Our credit card company refused
