I have had Cricket Wireless for years. The service at the Canton store has been great each time I have come into the store. Saturday, Nov. 25th, I received exceptional service from Jose. He was able to sync my Samsung watch to my extra phone as my current phone was dying. I appreciated his patience with me.

Absolute worst experience of my life. This woman would not assist me or explain nothing she wouldn’t help me. I was simply trying to update my phone and Apple Watch. Mind you I have a phone plan here. Followed me out of the store which I left willingly after being denied assistance twice , taking pictures of my car and plates as well as threatening me with law enforcement. So I had to call the police myself needless to say I didn’t get my phone problems fixed and now I’ll be changing our phone service. This happened January 2023. Be aware. I’ve had cricket for over 3 yrs and now I’ll be changing my families service because of EXTREMELY POOR customer service !!! DO BETTER CRICKET

Worse experience ever. I went to buy a phone today and the seller treated me like trash. Her customer service is less than nothing. I am a server and went to buy it today because mine was acting wired. Because I was paying in cash and she had to count money she denied selling a phone to me. She yelled at in front of other customers and even threat me to call her boss, of course, I would like her to so but I left.I have been a customer of this store for over 4 years, I have bought my last 4 phones at this store, but the one who was there needs to develop better customer service skills.
