He escorted me to a breakout room and answered all of my questions directly and honestly. I made a new friend as I appreciated Wesley's service oriented nature and the fact that he left nothing to doubt.Wesley is a friendly, down to earth man who you'd love to have over with friends for a BBQ.This CU was one of 4 I was interviewing today and due to the competitive rates on CD's, MMA's, Savings Accounts, and Good service, I decided to join same day! I got my debit card and things are rocking and rolling.I plan on getting more products from them in the future once I get everything switched over.One tip: I WISH they had some incentive to invite new members like a small cash incentive for myself and the joiner if they open an active account that stays active for 60 days, or something like that. That's the ONLY, VERY minor thing I'd change. All else is great.I saw a very wide cast of characters at this branch helping the heck out of the members and I really liked it. "Welcome to the family!" I was told on my way out the door.I wanted a name and a face that I knew to do my banking with and Welsey is now that person for me. I got everything I came there for an am very happy.Fun Fact: This building used to be the very BB&T I banked at before BB&T merged with SunTrust to become Truist, only to move down the road next to the Longhorn. Now here I am in the same building where I started, just with LGE!In addition the lobby, decor, design, and marketing is all very clean, modern, well lit. Excellent design concept!I look forward to a bright future with this Credit Union. I never thought I'd be so excited to join any financial institution!”
