These folks are the BEST. After having a less than pleasing situation at the Toyota of Stone Mountain, see review I left for them, I was exceptionally please with the service me and my wife received from this company.
It is because of them, Logan De Wet, Austin Lewis, Michael Natali, Andre Biggins, and Cason in Finance that our faith was restored in the industry and company. Without their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to restore our faith in Toyota as a whole we would not have been able to achieve our dream of getting a quality, dependable and reliable vehicle that we all know Toyota is known for.
I can not thank them enough for their dedication to remedy and correct a mistake from another dealer who had caused us much grief and turmoil.
Anyone looking for a new/used quality vehicle from a company that values and respects their customers, look no further.
They have certainly picked up a life-long customer.

Stay away from Cherokee Toyota’s service department. I took my Tacoma to Cherokee Toyota for a clutch replacement, expecting a professional and timely installation. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. From the lack of communication by the service advisor to the dishonesty from the service manager, and finally, the improper clutch installation, I regret choosing Cherokee Toyota.
After dropping off my truck for a warranty repair on the clutch installation, not only was the issue never properly addressed, but my truck was further damaged. While I can understand occasional installation errors and delays, what I cannot overlook is the negligent communication and the lies I was repeatedly told by the staff at Cherokee Toyota.
Ultimately, I decided to cut my losses and take my truck to Beaver Toyota in Cumming. Their service advisor was professional, communicative, and got my truck back on the road in record time.
Do yourself a favor: make the drive to Cumming and avoid Cherokee Toyota’s service department.

Bought a new Tundra TRDPro at the beginning of June. At the closing I asked for the spare key fob - was told there was a chip shortage but it would be mailed to me in a couple weeks. 3 months later they are trying to get me to buy a spare from “a vendor they know”. Bush league business tactics to save a few bucks on the sale of an $80k vehicle. This would be zero stars if they would let me.

Start to finish issues with the service department including damage to our vehicle. We had issues with our service advisor, so we spoke with the service manager who admitted the service advisor was misleading us and gave us his cell phone number to work directly with him after we asked not to deal with that advisor again. A request that was never honored. After another issue, the service manager and I spoke on the phone and he began sharing information about the advisor going through remedial training and mentorship from a senior advisor. It was uncomfortable to have him share personnel information that openly. I cut him off from continuing because it was none of my business.
Warranty parts were on backorder so they had our vehicle for about a month and a half. During this time we had the body shop do $5,000 worth of paint repair to get rid of small chips. They completely repainted one side of the vehicle.
The body shop asked for our vehicle prior to picking up from service so they could detail it. They wanted it pristine for us, which is how the dealership received it. We shared this information with the service advisor.
When my wife went to pick it up, there was grease on the outside and inside of the vehicle and it was filthy. The cashier wouldn't let her take it home because it showed the dealership owed us $5 and it needed to be fixed, but the advisor had already left for the day.
The next day I spoke with the service manager about the pickup issues and he promised to get it clean and delivered to us later that day. I reiterated we didn't want to deal with the advisor again.
The same service advisor brought the vehicle to our house. After he left I inspected the vehicle and found a couple of scuffs on the brand new paint, a scratch on the hood, and one of the chrome wheels destroyed from being curbed multiple times.
I took the vehicle back to the dealership and spoke with the service director. He said he would speak with the service manager about it. Days later I sent the service manager a text asking if they spoke. He responded with a text message saying "Yes sir I did we both agree that we're not responsible for the curb damage on your wheel. There are no curbs that would do that in our service area or body shop." I pointed out how ridiculous that sounded. He asked if I wanted the service director to call me. I said I didn't want to be told they have special curbs that magically don't scratch wheels. I never got a call or response to that.
I ultimately sent an email to the service manager and service director. I explained how meticulous we keep our 2023 Highlander. It is washed every week and we wipe down the vehicle ourselves, including the chrome wheels. We know every imperfection on the vehicle. There is no doubt the wheel was in perfect condition.
In this email I included pictures of a curb behind their service drive completely marked up from tires rubbing on it to disprove their point about not having curbs that would do that. I gave them a deadline to respond saying they would replace the wheel and fix the paint issues or else they would force me to take them to court. I preferred they replace the wheel and we go our separate ways.
My wife and I were easy going and calm through every issue. After the first and second issue with the service advisor, we even told the service manager how great our previous experiences had been. I would have never seen it getting to the point it did. Never in my life have I considered taking anyone to court. We would have walked away, but that wheel was too destroyed and too expensive.
The service manager responded to my email and said they would replace the wheel, and they did. After it was done, the service manager and director were waiting by the vehicle and told me I was not welcome back. They fired me after I fired them. It was tacky. They never apologi

After not being completely satisfied with the Toyota service center I have been using, I decided to try Cherokee County Toyota. Wow! What a difference. Christian Schultz was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as the customer. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I feel confident that all was done well. Thank you Christian and Cherokee County Toyota for a great experience!

The service department is relentless. I get multiple calls, text messages each week. I've moved +2,000 miles away and asked them to stop texting/calling but they still continue. I'd avoid them unless you want call center calling and texting you multiple times a week despite you asking them to stop.

BEWARE: THIS DEALERSHIP EXPECTS THE CUSTOMER TO VERIFY EVERYTHING THAT IS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE DESCRIPTION FOR THE VEHICLE YOU ARE BUYING INCLUDING WHAT IS ON THE STICKER PLACED ON THE VEHICLE AND THEY WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF ANYTHING IS INACCURATE OR MISSING! ADDITIONALLY THE SALES MANAGER MICHAEL WILL SHRUG HIS SHOULDERS AND JUST STARE AT YOU WHEN CONFRONTED AND THE GM LOGAN WILL TRY TO DEMEAN YOU AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT AND WORSE GET AGGRESSIVE AND TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU- NEITHER DESERVE TO BE MANGERS. I LEFT A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE OWNERS OF SOUTH EAST TOYOTA- THESE MANAGERS AND THIS DEALERSHIP ARE MAJOR STAIN ON TOYOTAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPUTATION AND A DISGRACE TO BE AFFILIATED WITH THEM! MIND YOU WE BOUGHT AN $86,000 vehicle before tax and this is how we were treated ! LOGAN ALSO TRIED TO SHAME ME FOR NOT BUYING A SECOND VEHICLE I HAD A DEPOSIT ON BECAUSE IT DROVE LIKE CRAP- EVEN THOUGH I TEST DROVE 2 OTHERS AND I WAS INTERESTED IN BUYING A LAND CRUISER WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE 4 RUNNER I HAD A DEPOSIT ON! I HAD TO LEAVE AS I TOLD THE SALES PERSON BEFOREHAND I HAD OTHER OBLIGATIONS AT A SPECIFIC TIME. I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH THE FULL INTENTION OF LEAVING WITH THE VEHICLE I HAD A DEPOSIT ON WHICH BY THE WAY JUST CAME IN SO THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO TEST DRIVE IT IN ADVANCE. THEY NOT ONLY LOST A CUSTOMER AND ANY POTENTIAL FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS I WAS GOING TO REFER THERE BUT I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS THOSE GUYS ARE RUNNING THE PLACE! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The lady who helped me was somewhere between, I think her name was Liz, I don't remember well, she was very kind and gave me good attention, the only thing I'm giving three stars for is that when they delivered my car there were things outside the glove compartment, it's I mean, they opened there to check the filters and even though things fell out, they couldn't put them back in their place like they have done most of the time.
