I am so thankful for Cliff and the Cherokee Computer Guys. Cliff was straight to the point and extremely helpful. Fast and efficient service and wonderful communication. Not to mention, very nice to my kiddos, who had to tag along. I have found my computer guys now and feel so thankful to have them in my corner!

cliff is the best. his brain works on a higher level I think than most of us mortals. cliff always does his best to fix any problems we have put in front of him over the years. he is not allowed to retire...ever. ?I like his new location too.

I don’t usually make reviews but have to say Cliff and his Team are AMAZING!! They took my Mac in, late in the afternoon and kept in touch with me every day about status. They helped to ease my nerves along the way too, it was so nice working with people who understand your life is on your computer, that you’re a person and not just a number. They not only were able to fix my Mac by replacing the hard drive, but were able to save 97% of my data which is HUGE for me!! Pricing was transparent and way cheaper than data recovery + buying new. Turn around time was insane, I couldn’t believe they knocked all that in 2 days - I wouldn’t have gotten that if I’d gone to the store that sells Macs. If I could give them 10 stars I would, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them!

They're very personable, they do great work and they work fast!When I was given a 7-10 business day time frame on the my repairs at other places, Cliff, ordered the part I needed, and Jack got the repair done within the same day! Excellent service.

Be careful, he will try to up-sell you on unnecessary services e.g., computer diagnostics. I just wanted a part and knew exactly what I needed. Borderline obnoxious and insulting, very unprofessional. Also, runs a gun business out of this shop and claims to be an expert marksman, braggadocio. I’d be surprised if he could draw is gun, which he totes around the shop, considering he is obviously obese. Will charge you an extra fee for using a credit card and change the price of the item after providing a lower price quote over the phone. This is a third world tactic, get with the program it’s 2023. Did not provide an invoice or details on merchandise return.

Love Cliff. What a great guy. Really an all American personality which being pro military I loved. I felt I could trust him right away. He is a straight shooter. If that rubs you the wrong way you should rethink your opinion on people like that. I had a mac that I needed to upgrade to handle more workload in my recording studio workflow. He did solid work. He gives great advice. He’s a real computer scientist, wouldn’t that be the guy you would want? Cliff, thanks buddy see you down the road!
