I’ve taken my pets to this vet for many years. Dr. Jenkins has always been kind and upfront about the care for my doxies. She always listens to every issued I have and gives multiple options and recommendations. They provide estimates before scheduling necessary procedures. During surgeries, the staff texts/calls throughout to provide updates and reassurance for my little fur babies recovery. I will continue to take my dachshunds here to see Dr. Jenkins and highly recommend her and the staff!

I have been coming to this vet for years. They have become all about the money and not the pets. Any issue that needs to be addressed needs to have an individual appointment. They won't address more than one issue at a time so that you have to pay for the additional unneeded appointments. The doctors have even said, if you need xyz just call in and we will send in the Rx. But the office staff does not do that. They make you come in for the $50 nurse visit just to get the Rx that the doctor already told you to just call in for. While I was trying to talk to the office lady today about this, she just hung up on me. They DO NOT CARE about animals. Only the money they can get out of you. We are pulling our animals from this vetrinary clinic. Avoid them.

Thank you so much Cherokee Animal Hospital Staff and Dr. Green. Our 15 week old bulldog Nero was sick. He wasn’t his normal self and we noticed he seemed to have a gut ache. I travel for work but live less than a mile from the hospital. First time customer. When I heard Nero was sick I called from the road (Friday before Labor Day) hoping to get him seen. The staff was so nice and even though they were booked they were able to get our baby in. Our children took Nero in and the staff was extremely detailed with explanations and pricing. Dr. Green spoke to us and explained Nero’s test results and treatment plan. The paperwork we received and instructions were clear and detailed. It has been only 3 days and Nero is back to his old self (maybe a tab bit naughtier than before ?). Don’t know what caused his tummy issue but the medicine is working wonderfully. Thank you for treating our family! You have gained a client for life.

We love Cherokee Animal Hospital! We’ve taken both our dogs here since we adopted them. I came in the wrong day for an appointment and they still worked us in. Our experiences with all the vet techs have been great and they always treat our sassy corgi with kindness. They are always upfront on pricing and Dr. Bryant is communicative about pricing for procedures/tests so we feel comfortable before proceeding. I can’t recommend Dr. Bryant and this place enough.

Way to many thing good things to say about this practice. I will give a few of the short versions. I can’t tell you how far back I have been going here with my pets but Lucita is now almost 14 and has never been anywhere else. Opie is gone now, but while boarding he became very ill ( he was 16 and this was expected) Dr. Bryant not only constantly called me with updates but she took him home with her to care for him. I was not charged for that extra love. I have over the years worked with each Caregiver in this practice all are kind, compassionate , and sincere in the care they show for animals. From the front desk to the back , to the doctors. I wouldn’t trust my pets ( who are like babies to me ) to anyone else.

Every single member of the staff, from the reception to the nurses, techs and vets are compassionate, caring and definitely they make you feel confident that your four legged baby is in great hands. Dr. Sutherland is amazing. He takes his time to, not only understand any possible concern, but to explain in detail everything that needs to be explained. Considering our case is not easy at all, having our fur baby a huge anxiety issue, they all went above and beyond to make her feel as best as possible, even when that meant taking a lot more time than what was initially expected. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I brought my neighbor's cat here for an emergency visit which unfortunately resulted in the cat being put to sleep. The staff and the doctor were very helpful and compassionate.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cherokee Animal Hospital and Dr. Bryant! Dr. Bryant took care of spaying our double doodle and did a fantastic job. Our Dolly bounced back quickly and was so well taken care of. We will forever be grateful for the care given to our fur baby.

What a caring place! The staff here wants to make your pet's visit (and yours) as easy as possible and as comfortable as possible. They do whatever is needed to make sure your pet is stress-free. Dr. Sutherland is amazing! He literally sat on the floor with our puppy for her first visit to relieve her anxiety. She literally did not want to leave. The people here go above and beyond!

Was looking for a vet as I'm new to Georgia. I have on older, extremely anxious chihuahua. They treated him excellently and were able to handle his anxiousness. This will be our new regular vet. Highly recommend.
