Ask if they had a certain book. The girl looked in the computer and said we may have one and it'll be in the cookbooks. Didn't explain how the books are arranged. If they are by title or by the person who wrote it. The 2 kids working there just stayed at the counter laughing. Terrible customer service. Won't be back!!!

An employee eventually appeared at the cashier's counter for my online order pickup. Noted book price was $2.00 higher than Amazon, but needed gift immediately.

It is very clean and a great selection of books. You can tell it's newer, but they still offer discounted books.The reason I took a star away is because SOME of their books are priced at a discount price, but they took like .02 cents off, or the price is higher than the original sale price. Definitely check your prices before buying.

I'm super upset that the employees here are paid SO poorly! I refuse to support that, and I will no longer shop here.And the landlord of the building/property needs to access AND REPAIR ALL of the water damage, electrical issues, and general decay. These are unexceptable working conditions.The only reason I give this business two stars is because they have a decent selection, and the employees are terrific (which is part of why I'm so angry that they are paid so little).TREAT YOUR PEOPLE BETTER, Books A Million execs.
