We ordered 350 Chiavari chairs from BizChair and couldn't be happier. Working with Carolina Mesa was a pleasure. They have a superior product and their sales/customer service is better than companies I have worked with. A few chairs arrived damaged, but Carolina and team were apologetic and very quick to rectify- sending replacements right away. I look forward to working with them in the future.

The online website and to track a order is really old fashioned like when the internet started.
Want to send you an email to customer service you can wait a couple days or weeks or never got a response.

I ordered a small folding bamboo chair for a quest bedroom and it is absolutely perfect! Just the highlight the room needed. Service was spot on.

Terrible customer service! We ordered 3 identical high-end executive office chairs AFTER confirming with a BizChair employee on the phone the chair was exactly the same as a competitive brand we were interested in. After receiving the chairs, we put one chair together and immediately could see there were noticeable differences. We called the company to return these based on the differences AFTER they confirmed they were the same. This company said we would have to pay to ship the 3 chairs back at $100/chair. ($300 total). Unbelievable they would think this is acceptable.

Love the chairs. Ordered one (as a sample) and got it very quickly. Then ordered 29 and it had been almost 2 weeks and I had received an email with a tracking number that did not work, and the phone number listed in the email connected to Cigna Healthcare?!?! So I called the number online and they said that the carrier should have called me by now to schedule delivery. Magically, within 5 minutes of hanging up with Bizchair, the carrier called and said the paperwork had JUST come through. Anyways, love the chairs and would order more, but would feel the need to "babysit" the order until it arrived.

Very easy to work with when talking about what i needed and getting it ordered and shipped. Two chairs were damaged in shipping and received replacements very quick after sending them photos and short form. Would order from them anytime.

I love the chairs! They are nice looking and of good quality. They are very easy to move as I can grab them under the seat and pull up to the table. Easy to clean too
