I tried them once before and it wasn't amazing. Nails didn't last two weeks and they weren't very friendly. I was going to give them a second try today. I arrived at 5:30 and entered to an empty "salon". Not a single customer and they were all in the back eating. They seemed to be arguing about who would have to come attend to me and I even said I could wait for them to finish dinner. When someone finally got up and I told her what I wanted done she told me, "No." That was it and she went back to eating. Don't go by the hours posted or the open sign. Don't expect friendly customer service, or service at all if they're not feeling it or maybe kudos to them for not needing the money.

I asked for a full set of acrylics and was charged for such. She put tips on my nails, did not cure them, filed them crooked, and then painted regular nail polish on top and had me air dry. They came off within the week. They already looked a week grown out when I left the salon because she did not put the tips anywhere near my cuticle. I would never get my nails done here again!

This place is amazing! I have been looking for a place to get my eyebrows waxed correctly and would rate them A+!!! I have also had my nails done here many times and everything is always beautiful and great!

If you want a quiet, relaxing place to get your nails done in a timely fashion by talented technicians, come to Big Apple 2! An hour after I left, a stranger complimented my manicure (which I love too) so here’s a pic! Katie’s SNS pink ombré looked exactly like this the last time she did it & it lasted 3 weeks! All of the techs here are friendly & do a GREAT job!

Worst pedicure ever. Made an appointment and sat in luke warm water for 30 mins. Water was cold by the time she came over. She filed my skin many times while I bled. Didn’t even put a clear coat on my toes. I woke up with a very swollen big toe the next morning.Service: Pedicure

The only place I go to get my eyelashes done, Bow takes such good care of me. Every time I go hands down if she's not available I wait, no one else is allowed to mess with my lashes !!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS BIG APPLE SUCKS! Clearly states that they close at 7:30 online but when you go in after a long day of work and cannot make it until 6:30 they turn you away to tell you that they are already closed while they still have people in the chair and people working. If you want to close your establishment at 6:30 then you should change the hours online and onto your door. Looks like lazy workers if you ask me.

I came in just for a file down and cutting of my own natural nail. I told the technician what I wanted & she responds ” It’s rare that people come in to get a cut down and trim and nothing else.” She then proceeds to ask me if my nails are natural.I understand your trying to get an understanding with what’s going with my nails. It doesn’t take 3 technicians to hoover over me. Please be more understanding to your customers. Everyone doesn’t always come for the same service.

After years of searching for consistently good nail techs, I finally found one! I almost did not want to leave a fine star review because I did not want to share my hidden gem nail salon! The SNS here is hands down the BEST EVERY SINGLE TIME! My SNS last 3 weeks consistently! I'm so happy I gave this place a try and Anna is the BEST
