I went to Bethesda last April because I had some major gyno problems. I paid my obligatory $25 and saw one of the doctors there for my gyno problem.....so I thought. I got in the room and sat in the chair and they took my vitals. Cool. My blood pressure was elevated, but the rest of my vitals were good. I'm overweight. I get it. I was trying to work on it; but my gyno problems are worse than me being overweight. Doc comes in with a med student; which is cool. I tell the him what's going on. He writes a few things down; and he proceeds to lecture me for 30 minutes about my weight, my eating habits, and my elevated blood pressure. The lecture he gave me gave me not only made me feel bad about myself; but HE DID NOT ADDRESS MY ORGINAL PROBLEM! He prescribed some pills for my blood pressure and other pills and sent me on my way! I get that I'm overweight. Yes, I do need to exercise and eat better. Again, THAT'S NOT WHAT I CAME IN THERE FOR!!!!!!
I was vulnerable and sick! And all he could see was my weight problem! He is a cardiologist and if he said, "Hey, I don't know how to treat your problem, I'll refer you to our NP who has more knowledge about gyno problems." I would have been ok with that. But the fact that he didn't see past me being overweight; and made me feel worse than when I went in, is not acceptable. I don't care how affordable it is, nobody should be treated like this.
A few months later I finally had to go to a more expensive doctor to finally address my issues. Turns out my weight has NOTHING to do with my gyno problems. And I had to pay A LOT more money (that I didn't have) to see a gyno that actually FIXED my problems.
Do better.

I had an appointment this past Monday after being sick for three weeks & over the counter medications just weren't doing it. After my visit at Bethesda mobile clinic I'm feeling so much better! Thank You to the doctors & staff! Everyone was extremely kind & compassionate . Bethesda is a blessing!

Dr. Fallon has terrible bedside manner. Exam was not thorough and treatment plan was questionable

Amazing! Within this year I became unemployed but coming here was amazing. They ask you before charging you with any tests, their blood tests are done there and I was thrilled to find this out! The blood tests were done during my visit, and I was thrilled to find this out, not only are they at a great price but they are done in the same visit. I'm so glad I found Bethesda, and thankful they are close by!

Very sweet staff, very helpful with everything. Charged me $50 from the start and told me each time what would cause the price to raise and if I wanted to continue. I have a fear of needles and the nurses were very calm and walked my through the whole process- even let me hold one of their hands when I was getting my blood drawn. Overall I recommend going here, great place!

This clinic is affordable but doesn't provide good service. I came here early December and was told my lab results were going to be ready within a week. It took almost 4 weeks and I had to call multiple times to get the results. I went to see a different specialist recently and told me that the medication that they prescribed me was for a different condition. If you want a good service and good doctors then go somewhere else.

My recent conclusion with thyroid cancer removal started at Bethesda Clinic. 8 months ago I found myself in the corner exam being checked by 4 medical professionals for a lump and symptoms of something I ignored for to long. Bethesda sent me for tests. That resulted in more tests and more tests to finally conclude I needed my right thyroid removed. If it would not have been for this clinic and many others willing to help me I would have possibly lost my hole thyroid down the line. Thank you Bethesda Clinic!!!!

I'm a relatively new patient. I caught the long haul version of the coronavirus back in March but it took months and several doctors to get a diagnosis because they weren't seeing patients in person. Even after getting a diagnosis I got zero treatment despite a 101.5° fever for over 8 months and all kinds of weird symptoms. So much for the $350 a visit infectious disease specialist. BCC has been amazing. I've gotten better care at BCC than I ever got at the super expensive Buckhead medical practices I went to back when I had good insurance. I can't recommend them highly enough.
