One Star is too high a score for this Company. I bought a Macbook Pro and some accessories, the next day I had to bring one of the accessories back that was not compliant with the Mac and swap it for a Mac-compatible device that was considerably more expensive but there was a 20% discount "hot deal" if you bought it with a Mac so I thought ok its still more money but worth it. The store manager, Dylin, refused to give me the 20% off because it has to be on the same receipt as the Mac. They told me to return all the HW I bought the day before, get a refund and then rewrite the deal to get the $40 discount. The manager, Dylin, had zero interest in helping and that was it. Well, the end result is that I am going to return my $3000 purchase and go buy it all from the Mac store, but I guess BestBuy doesn't care because I contacted their support line only to get the same answer. If you value common sense customer support BestBuy is not the store for you!

All set to buy a tablet for a birthday. I checked online that this store had it. Nobody would help me, no one even around to ask for help. I left and will not return. Big store, lots of stuff, but absolutely no sales people to help. Just buy it on amazon, save yourself the drive.

Ordered yesterday for next day delivery. Confirmed again this morning it would be here today. As of 9PM and they still claim my delivery is coming today on the bestbuy website, yet their logistics provider Roadie shows it won't arrive till tomorrow now. Customer support also confirmed it will be another day now. I guess that is what happens when it just rots in "Pickup In Progress" status for a day. Next time I'll stick with Amazon.

I needed tech support following a major theft of my passwords and identity hacking. I'd accidentally erased a bunch of account icons from my husband's laptop, and we brought the laptops to Geek Squad in Canton, which at 70 miles is the closest Best Buy to our home. Dillon was very kind, friendly and professional with us. He listened patiently to our issues and explained what he could do to help us. The staff wasfriendlyandattentive. In general. .starusDilsevershortcuts

This Geek Squad was great for years when Brandon was in charge of it. Today they were rude, disrespectful and didn't even try to help and no it was crowded and there was no one in the que!

Service lacked, but selection was good and did eventually find what I was looking for on my own. Check Out Line could have been better planned for the BF crowd, was slow moving, and cashiers leaving post to go get items made it even slower. A separate Customer Service line and a Check Out line would have been more efficient.

Geek Squad employees was completely useless with my iPhone repair through AppleCare. Bad attitude and unwilling to help…Traveled a hour to this location for my appointment… ended up having to travel another 40 mins to an Apple Store… then waited there forever (since it was a walk in).Ended up with helpful Apple employees and a fixed iPhone, 2 hours from home for something that should’ve took 20 minutes at my original appointment with Geek Squad… best to just skip these guys completely and go to an Apple Store!

The customer service is excellent. I bought almost $400 worth of wifi hardware, and after testing it , I decided I didn't want to keep it. No problems with the refund; easy peasy.

I showed up at this location at 2:15 on 11/13/23 was never acknowledged by anyone in a blue shirt, 3 sales people walked right past me, however a warehouse employee that was putting stock away stopped what he was doing to help me. At this location the warehouse employees value their jobs more than the floor employees.

The employees are courteous enough, and I suppose it's nice to go and look at products in person sometimes... But the last two times that I actually needed something from Best Buy, they did not have what I needed in stock, and even though they could order it for me, it would usually take 2 weeks... So on both occasions, I ended up going out to the parking lot, sitting in my car, and just ordering the items from Amazon. You have a large building, so start keeping an inventory.

Couldn’t accomplish anything here. Geek squad was obviously trying hard to give every reason why they could fix my computer. Lazy. Completely obvious. Disgusting. Went to the Apple Store after and they fixed my issue free of charge and it was fast. That Geek Squad guy at Best Buy was pathetic. Not sure why he has a job if he doesn’t want to work. ??♂️

Helpful employees. They don’t have quite as many items as some stores and have referred me to the Kennesaw store for some computers but this is my preferred store for good service.

Ordered the Iphone 15 plus here. Sterling (from verizon) helped me throughout the whole process. He even spoke to CitiBank to get the best promotional offer due to some issue between Best Buy and Citibank. Thank you Sterling! Highly recommend to buy your next phone at this location!

short return policy timeline. If you need to make a return make sure to do so in 14 days. Or just don't buy it.

We were happy to find reasonable prices on our target items: a smart TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The young associate who ultimately waited on us was very helpful and efficient. However, I'm unable to give a five-star rating due to our initial experience with a 60s-something associate in electronics when we were looking at TVs. He was helping a customer and asked if we'd signed in at the front desk so we'd be next in line. (We didn't see any other customers in the area.) We said no, we didn't know we needed to sign in (neither of us had been in a Best Buy store in ages). Seemingly annoyed at having to explain the process, he said impatiently, "Well you have to sign in first."Several feet past the electronics desk, we passed a sound system with a crazy high volume. I turned it down, and my friend and I continued toward the front desk.A moment later, the associate, now at the sound system, called loudly after us, "Thanks for turning that down, but I'm turning it right back up," which he did.At the front desk we asked for assistance, from anyone other than the sarcastic smart*** in Electronics.A short time later the young associate appeared and graciously walked us through selecting, purchasing, and loading the 43" TV, mini fridge, and microwave. (No sign-in required.)
