The time to receive my bankcard is horrible... Opened account on October 20th and today is November 1st... The girl who opened my account said 5-7 business days. Well this is well past that date. Post office says check with bank and bank says check with post office. What a round around. Closing my account tomorrow.

A man name Andy just standing behind one teller sucking a lollipop like a dam child with a total of 14 people in line. If you’re getting paid then open the next window and take care of your customers. Geez

I highly recommend this business. The bankers have been nothing but amazing, trustworthy, helpful, patient, kind, and understanding to whatever solution that needs to be done. This bank has helped me on numerous occasions with the HOA and personal banking needs.I would not use any other bank but this bank, I am very satisfied customer. Thank you Bank Of America.

This place is a joke. Do not go there. Emailed the requested information to our loan officer. More than a week later, she calls to ask if we're still interested in the loan. She had not even opened her emails. Don't even know if she found our email. Had an appointment to come in on 4/26. She calls the day before to ask where we are. She had her days mixed up. So we show up on 4/26 and guess what? She's not there. Says WE have the day mixed up. Do not bother with these morons. We are finding another bank. Take our advice and do the same.

I like the security of the building atm. Only BOA members can get in I’ve never interacted with staff but the atm is awesome and I feel safe

Horrible customer service. The lead teller, assistant manager or whomever she is, name starts with an F, serves noting but judgement and disrespect each time I visit this location. People are left to wait in line while she flirts with another lead / manager - highly unprofessional. If she cared more about her customers and less about what she and her work candy are ordering for lunch (yes, I stood in line with 9 people deep while she planned a lunch order vs assisting people at 10:45am…) then she would be a better worker. Horrible customer service. I have experienced similar interactions with her over the past few years and have observed she responds well and services one culture of customer with respect but not all. I have closed 2/6 of my accounts with BOA due to the unprofessionalism of her and this branch alone. I have been with BOA for 17 years and will be thrilled once my accounts are closed. Do not reply back to me directing I contact your FB team to share the above statement. Implement long overdue training to your staff, discourage workplace romances and inform your employees they are required to treat all customers the same.

Finally closed out my banking relationship with B of A after 25 years today. Made the mistake of going to the Canton branch where the corporate "racial re-education program" is in full force. If you're into that, this is the bank for you. If not, try Chase. They still put the customer first and treat you with respect.

Horrible bank. Literally ATMs always out of cash and super rude people. I Literally went in to use contactless pay on the ATM. No cash so I went to a teller. He first served a lady in front of me she asked for 500$ didn't check her ID or anything. I get up there asking for 40$ and suddenly I need my ID and would have to wait in line again if i went to my car to get it. What? But someone asking for 500$ didn't need to show their ID. Little strange. Would not recommend this branch and if you need a working ATM definitely don't go.

I stopped at the Riverstone/CantonGa branch to cash a check. Being a non Account holder I was charged a $8.00 check cashing fee, which I’m fine with. I asked for a receipt for the $8.00 service I PAID for. Darren informed me they don’t issue a recipe for a paid service. He directed me to Sharon she refused to issue me a receipt. It’s illegal in the state of Ga to refuse a receipt for a paid service. Lawyer time.
