I’ve tried to rent from this location twice and both times was told an hour before pickup that my van was not available. I had made my reservations months in advance. My options were to call around Atlanta and try to find a van or “upgrade”to a SUV though it wouldn’t work for me. Then I was told I’d have to pay for the upgrade. That seems ridiculous to me so I decided I’ll never rent from this location again.

I have used this location twice now and I really need to write a review as Martin and his co-workers are well deserving of a good review.The first time I rented a car back in February, I was treated with kindness, and problems that arrived with a change of my schedule were resolved easily with the help of Martin. Basically, I was given an Avis rental car at the ATL airport and it smelled bad, like smoke. I was able to turn in the smelly car and get a very clean and wonderful Toyota minivan. It was exactly what my family needed AND I was able to extend my rental. Not only that, Martin helped me find a place to return it in a different state. Not at any moment did Martin make me feel like I was taking up his time, a burden or anything. In fact we were having a good chat and a good laugh. It was a good day.Then I arrived this week to return another rental from the airport and was greeted with a big friendly smile. No, they didn't remember me, ha ha. But I sure remembered them and was so happy that my rental car customer service was still as wonderful as it was the first time. Consistency is key and I appreciate Martin and his co-worker being consistently helpful. This makes for an easy transition while Jet Lag. Thanks Martin! I look forward to continuing to work with your group!

I had my reservation for a rental 2 weeks ago. 2 hours before pick-up time I get a phone call...they don't have a vehicle for me to get and I needed to call around to find one. If Avis rents out more than they keep on stock, they need to figure out a better solution to their booking system.

Great place to rent a car. I kept the car an extra day because I had an emergency. When I paid they didn't charged me for that extra day and no late fees were applied. So they gave me a free extra day. Wow. They are the best!!!

I didn't get his name but he is Martin's son, this young man was awesome! He was working really hard to make sure everyone got everything they needed. All with a smile and since of humor. He tried his best to make sure every problem was resolved quickly and efficiently!

Arrived to find no cars available after I booked one 2 weeks prior. All I got was excuses and no apology. 20 cars I. The lot but nothing is available? Never again.

Needed a car to drive back to Virginia. This place was pretty decent. Only issue is that my reservation for noon got messed up. Supposedly the car that I was going to have was never returned, due to the current renters extending a few more days. The Employee named Martin called me about an hour before I left to get to Avis Car rental to give me the heads up. I eventually got a vehicle around 5 o'clock. Even though my experience was sub par, the employee named Martin was phenomenal. He informed me and did what he could to help me out. He needs some recognition.OkBye

Excellent customer service and the car was extremely clean. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Due to a medical emergency I had to extend the car a week, and it was no problem.

Martin (manager/owner) has been amazing on all my reservations for the past year. I WAS a loyal Enterprise more than 10 years but there customer service and vehicle were less than supportive/stellar! Martin and his staff are amazing!!! The only thing i regret that i didn't do this 10 years ago...

Great experience! I dropped by a few days before picking up the suv to confirm that it would be 4WD. The staff and owners were very friendly. When I came back Saturday morning same smiling faces. You guys are awesome!

Unethical is all I can say. Reserved a vehicle using my Avis points. When I arrived I was told they had no vehicles. There were 7 vehicles on the lot and I asked about those and told they were not in service. I called multiple times during the day and was told no vehicles. Thirty minutes before closing I am able to speak with the owner who tells me he has a Pacifica arriving in 10 minutes. I said I would take it and was there in 20 minutes.He said he would have it cleaned and ready. When I arrive the Pacifica was one of the 7 vehicles on the lot when I arrived earlier and was told they had none available. It was in the same spot and no evidence of getting cleaned. In addition another customer came in after me and rented one of the other vehicles I was told not available. I believe he did not want to rent to me due to me using my Avis rewards. Interesting they had multiple signs asking customers to speak to their staff with respect. Must be they have had more than a few upset customers.

The worst. The guy might help you if you are not white. Otherwise, he’ll be in the back eating his chicken biscuit while leaving you stranded with no car. You’ve been warned.
