Stopped in today to have my battery checked. Skyler, who took care of me was very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful and Not only helped me with my battery, but also answered some other questions I had about my vehicle. I would highly recommend the AutoZone on Hickory flat ask for Skyler

Visited to inquire about lights for my kid's car due to safety concerns. Cole, the manager, was exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and friendly. He even changed the lightbulbs in the parking lot for me. Highly recommend this place!

I went today to get emissions and did not pass. The gentleman suggested I go to this auto zone and get a free test. I was greeted upon entering store and she grabbed the necessary equipment to test my car. When we went in to see what the problem was, she printed out a copy of the test results. Unbelievable customer service! I will always use this store from now on for all of my auto needs. Thanks again!

Spoke with Cole from this location multiple times now. He has been nothing but friendly, a great personality, and an absolute detective when it comes to car trouble. This is hands down the best and most helpful autozone I have ever been too, and I wouldn’t think twice about taking your car there, if your having any issues!
