“I had an unusual deposit to make as I had cleaned out a savings bucket in a closet. There were both bills and coins. (The coins were wrapped). The coins were quite heavy but that wasn't an issue for the staff at WFB in Hickory Flat A gentleman (Zack) carried the heavy containers in for me; a cashier (not sure of the title) (Missy) patiently verified my deposits and recorded them. I had called ahead and (Iris) met me at the door and made sure I got the service I needed. Awesome customer service! By the way, I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 28 years and have only ever had one transaction dispute, which they fixed within a reasonable time.”

I just want to say I have come here a couple times and both were to do things I had never done before. I've been new at this whole thing. It was an awesome experience. Lindsey Kendall is the absolute best. She is so helpful, sweet, and really cares about what's best for the person she's helping. She needs a raise or something!”
