I placed my order with them almost 4 weeks ago for a large amount of table and chairs, all were confirmed to be in stock. They took the payment then emailed me to say some items were back ordered and would not be shipping until the order was complete so they would ship together. I was told the order would be processed on Sept 27., two weeks after I placed the order. Since the 27th the order has been sitting in a warehouse not moving. And now they are coming from 2 different shippers & 2 different Warehouses. So why did you take my money if you didn't have the items? And why did I need to wait? And why has their customer service not returned a single call or email? Buyer Beware!

We received the chairs ASAP. When I thought a few were missing, I emailed them and got a response ASAP letting me know that it was getting shipped in two packages. Super fast customer service--we would order from them again. Thank you

The first order of 20 chairs that we placed were delivered with damage to 3 chairs. Advantage refunded us a 15% of our order and replaced the damaged ones also. We just ordered another 20 and these arrived in perfect condition. Customer service did there best to help us and we are presently very satisfied. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they need to work on their back end communications between customer service and claims. It was unnecessarily difficult to get our damage claim processed. If they get that figured out, I'll give them 5 stars.

Great chairs, comfortable, easy purchase and delivery. Very satisfied.Called a few weeks later as we discovered we had a chair with a split in the seat. They sent a replacement right away. Very Nice!

We had a great experience with Advantage, the chairs are exactly what we were looking for and the price was good. There were a couple chairs damaged during shipping that they promptly replaced. We will definitely do business with them again. Carpeting is getting replaced in a few weeks so getting the chairs early allowed us to remove the pews ahead of time. Thank you again.

I purchased 8 Hercules chairs. I had read the reviews on this site and called the merchant to set my expectations before making a purchase. We discussed the order process, what would ship, who the shipping carrier would be, and the timing of the delivery. I did tell them about the reviews on this site. We discussed if the items I wanted were already in stock. They were and they told me to expect the 8 chairs in 2 weeks. I placed my order and the chairs arrived in two boxes with all the parts after 7 days. The carrier left them on the driveway while we were home, but didn't ring the ****. I did however get an email which alerted me the boxes were outside. We have assembled all 8 chairs and they are rather comfortable. Excellent buy.

Due to the challenges caused by Covid and shutdowns, parts of the order were delayed and reordered several times to fill the original order. Most of the employees were very helpful and our order was eventually completed. We would order from them again.

We ordered the 21" church chairs. They are a good value for the money we love them. If I need more I will most likely purchase more. YES be aware, they will give you a runaround when it comes to shipping your product. You don't know really when they will arrive so don't be a in a rush. When we finally got the chairs two were badly damaged most likely by the carrier. Advantage Church Chairs sent two others, I had no expectation on when they would arrive and they finally showed up. What I did not like is they sent me two 18" chairs instead of my 21". I found a place for the mini chairs and rather not hassle with customer service again.

We ordered 400 for our church. Was told one thing on delivery at the time of purchase and then over and over again we had to chase down new and extended delivery dates. two weeks late and still no chairs. Shawn (customer extremely helpful but hands were tied). After two weeks called and wanted to charge additional $2,000 delivery after we had already paid $2300 for delivery at the time of order. I wouldn't recommend this company.
