As a Walmart customer, there are a few things that the employees can do, is to be more professional in learning where products are when asked and the response is I don't know ?. You never get that response at publix's, the employees at Publix's is on point ?.

Hi, I’m Lucile. I went to Walmart on the 17th in Camilla, Georgia and I asked for assistance cause I was getting some Gatorade. And it was too heavy so I need assistance and I asked the person that they work for Walmart has was putting up some inventory. His name was Chris wood that helped me , Assist me doing checking out and he also took the with me to the car. And he did a great job again is Chris wood he’s the man. Mr. Wood with above and beyond. Thank you.

I go to Walmart almost every other day. I know alot of the employees because they have always been friendly and helpful. Don't like going when it is crowded though. I even use the auto department for my oil changes and tires. Great service every time.

Do not think your going to get serviced in electronics. There is NEVER a clerk there, and don't expect one. I gave 1 star because there was nothing lower.

My party of 10 was welcomed by the surprisingly spry elderly greeter who was well groomed and mannered with only a touch of the slow sauce. There weren't any workers to be found to help us while shopping. So when a. Item was too high we just knocked the items off the shelf with the greeters cane. We even mixed our own special blend of paint ourselves because no trained associate was available. There was a learning curve to the paint pigment bank and also the can shaker. We lost 3 cans due to them being crushed by the paint shaker and all the paint slung from the shaker to then they y bikes, oriental rugs, and splatter painted the roof walls and floors around can mixing station. Employee came then and said, " Hey Brugh,,,, you gotta clean that mess get this mess cleaned up. Without any hesitation, I I advised my moo and broom machine was down and my being involved with janitorial department was not my department. So I just left the paint on all items for the appropriate department could clean them. As God intended for them to do. Self checkout provided an alternative for the less fortunate to scan one out of every five cheapest items in their buggy. Yes sir their items at self checkout wasn't beeping nearly as many times as the number of items in buggy added up to. The service of these employees was phenomenal. They really enjoy their work or the lack of that is. The best thing about my experience was the family bathroom. It was clean and stocked with mostly female employees running a brilliant side hustle of massaging any customer wanting to be serviced. They provided many of the stressed and weary shoppers a very happy ending. I know me and my party wore them out before we left. I give the Walmart shopping experience 3 out of 5 stars as rating. The side hustle a SOLID 10!!!

Be careful when purchasing any prepaid cell phone pin cards apparently sometimes the cashier forgets to actually activate the card and then they refuse to make good on there sell. They take your money and you get a unactivated phone card

Love it here. The staff doesn't treat us like thieves like the staff in Moultrie and Thomasville. We compliment the staff for such a beautiful shopping experience! The manager is doing a great job training their staff on customer service. This Walmart is the best of Southwest Ga. Keep up the great job Walmart staff!

The store was super cold in the winter sweating hot in the summer. The employees act like your a random stranger knocking on there home door. Sense covit-19 all Walmarts have yet to stock there shelves.
