My car was brought her after someone hit it. He's very rude. After I told the other insurance company they could pick-up my car to inspect it. He wouldn't release it to them. I had to make a second trip 30 miles from where I live to sign a release form (the first time he said I didn't have to sign anything) He was upset couldn't make $$ from it sitting there.
