“I never went inside this store but I had to give it 4 stars just because it's so unique. Like, they advertise EVERYTHING! I did rent a uhaul through them which was a super inconvenient process. I used the uhaul 24/7 service. It took an hour and a half to figure out where the heck my uhaul was parked. Turns out it was at a separate property entirely, a field across from the Walmart on 19. Had we known that ahead of time, we would have saved a lot of time and heartache. This may be more the fault of uhaul than Hi-Tech, but I would suggest that Hi-Tech post a notice somewhere on or near the lock boxes explaining where the other uhauls are located. So just a heads up for anyone thinking about getting a uhaul through these guys - it may not be on-site. If it's not in the parking lot at the store, it could be located across from Walmart. I still would recommend them for their uhaul service, despite this issue.”
