My wife purchase her I phone12 pro max from the Apple store, and since she was already with cricket wireless, she put there's sim card into her phone for service. She had been with them for some odd 12 or more years, remind you she purchased her own phone to bring over for cricket services, and just this week she decided she no longer wants the device on cricket wireless. Just to find out cricket had locked her phone the phone she's brought from the Apple store. She can't get no others carried because cricket decided too lock her phone. We tried calling customer service but to no avail no one could help us. The customer service representative told us Apple has her phone lock, as we we're on the phone with one of Apple representative he stated " Apple can not lock or unlock an purchased phone". My wife had to go and purchased her an new phone due too this situation, her iPhone 12 pro max which costs her 1400.00 is trash because cricket has her phone locked. I don't think this is lawful for an prepay service company can do this.

The customer service I received was excellent. The ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. This store also offers some great accessory bundles at a discounted rate when you purchase a new device. They provided me with options to help meet my needs. They were not overly aggressive like some salesman. Overall I had a great experience.

The ladies that work in the Camilla, Georgia location are the BEST. Those ladies worked with me till a little after 9pm last night getting my service switched. Mind you they close at 7pm. All three of them had WONDERFUL attitudes. I kept apologizing cause I know they were ready to go home (I would have been). The most positive attitudes I have seen in a while and they were young black females. I called that out because for some reason we have been labeled to always have bad attitudes. THEY PROVED THAT STEREOTYPE WRONG!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!!

They make you get insurance plus an accessory bundle in order to purchase your phone there. Today I was told you have to purchase a bundle when you purchase a phone there. That's a $34.99 case + $9.99 charger + a Bluetooth speaker $19.99 + $8.00 insurance plan. This is ridiculous to make their clients purchase this in order to buy a phone there!!! No other retail store does that!!!!

When I went in and purchased my phone and had my number ported I was not informed about the specials that were going on. Mind you 1day later I had to return the phone for poor reception. My phone and case we're switched out but at that time I noticed a special that was going on at the time. So when I found out about the special I was told I didn't qualify because I would have to have bought when I purchased my phone even after telling them that I wasn't aware of the bundle at that time. It's that condescending attitude for me.

When I went in to upgrade my service plan Twyia was AWESOME!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick!! She helped me find the right tempered glass screen protector for my phone & put it on for me!!
