The service was great, but then i dropped from 56 to 76 mbps to 5 to 6 mbps, thats a big drop in connection. Then when i called, it was a 45 minute wait each time i called. I waited a total of 2 hours and still didnt get anyone on the line. There is no way there was a line of people of 2 hours.
