Hello. I wanted to share my shopping experience at your Calhoun store. Over the past year or so everytime I shop the store I am highly disappointed.The first was several months ago when they filled my wrong prescription. They apologized and refilled it again, but I could have easily overdosed since they gave me 2 of the same medication.Today I went in and they had some toys marked down on clearance. I picked up threw 5 in 1 puzzles to donate to a local toy drive. According to the sign they were marked down to $1.99 but rang up $8.99 each. The cashier who rung up my order- Karen pulled the clearance tag and showed the other lady up front who rudely informed me that they could not sell them at that price- even though that was the clearance tag price.She was rude to a gentleman before me as well and when he replied she asked him to leave. There is no reason to be rude like she was .Also if an item is mistagged it is not the customer's issue, that I'd an employee issue placing clearance tags where they don't belong. The item should have been sold to me as advertised!

Used the pharmacy for three years the past 6 months prices have been hundreds more than food City pharmacy and can’t have anything filled while waiting unless you want to wait over an hour. Switched to food city and my script went from 434 to 47.

If I could give no stars I would. Rude, lazy, and could care less about customers. RUN from this place. Prescriptions never filled on time, they literally do not know their heads from a hole in the ground either. The other Walgreens in Calhoun is just as bad.

The Pharmacy staff is very professional, courteous, and efficient with their work. My prescriptions are always filled extremely fast, and the drive thru always moves quickly.

Pharmacist doesn’t know their own policies. I made an appointment for the tetanus immunization and after driving up there he told me he had it in stock but that I had to have a prescription from a doctor. I called Walgreens corporate because it’s plastered all over Google that you can just walk in and they told me that’s absolutely incorrect, you can walk in anytime for it. I called to make another appointment with him and he said he has never heard of that and now it’s conveniently not in stock.

Pharmacy is difficult to catch open. Staff doesn’t monitor window. Then rude when they come to the window and prescriptions with notifications of being ready are not. An associate told me even when doctors send in requests it often takes 3 days to fill.
