The people there are subtle with their racism like last week I went to the food bank,waited in line,saw what they were giving everyone in the boxes,(which was filled to the top) and when I got mine I only had one pack of meat, cupcakes and bread.the white lady I was riding with just gave me her box because she said that wasn't right.my only regret is that I didn't record it but I will remember next month.They also won't help you with bills if you are black.the short lady in the office told me to be up there 9 am on Monday and when I get there she tells me and the older black lady we had to call to make an appointment and when I kept saying that wasn't what she told me,she just completely ignored me and started talking to someone else.

Helps with rent but not if the only thing you can find to rent is an extended stay Motel

Love this store. But they do need to update to show closed for the holidays. That would save customers a trip there.Thanks

This place would not help me and my two children when I needed the help. I was told that only the schools in Calhoun could refer me to the VAC for help with motel/ shelter ,and clothing. And since they were homeschooled we were not eligible for anything
