Updated 7/2024 because we came... Again... For the dog wash station and nobody told us that one dryer was completely gone and the other was out of order. We had to find out after we got back there to a sign on the door. Then got attitude when we asked for a refund. As if they didn't know it was busted when selling us the wash in the first place. Wild. We can stick to Cartersville TSC.
Loaded up the dogs and drove all the way there to be told they have no hot water. In the middle of winter. I sucked it up when the bag of dog food we buy went from $23 a bag to $30 a bag in less than a full years time. I ignored the fact that you have to spend like $5,000 to get any actual rewards from the program. But this was just stupid. What business doesn't have hot water? Especially considering they sell live animals.

Came to this tractor supply to use the dog wash station. Paid for the dog wash to get to the back only to find a sign that says that the dryer is broken other equipment is it functioning. You would assume that the people up front would let you know ahead of time, before you paid for the service that things weren't fully operational. Needless to say we got a refund and will go elsewhere.

These people don't have a clue!! Had 2 people helping me and neither of them knew wth they were talking about. Bought a fully assembled battery operated push mower and no one could locate the Battery or Charger for it!!

Use to be a great place to shop. Now you cannot get any help and if you buy something that is locked outside then good luck. We waited outside over half an hour after we paid for them to come unlock the cattle panels and t posts so we could get them. Ended up getting a refund and leaving. Go to calhoun farm supply, similar prices and much better people to work with.

Why isn’t anyone talking about the self serve pet wash station? The past few times I have been in there to wash my dogs they haven’t had the regular gallon jugs of dog wash and utensils. They have some small bottles in there that are pretty much used up and not any good. If I’m paying $10 to wash each dog in there it’s only right to have the normal stuff in there. They used to have a variety of washes for dogs to choose from. Nail clippers and hand mitts to help wash your dog with. It has definitely went down hill in the pet wash station. Especially when they wait until the middle of the day to do a “deep clean” and it’s not even clean when you go in there. Not only that but they only have one blow dryer…. They use to have two and that one is is on its last limb too… I use to love taking my dogs there because it was so much easier then to do it at home but not anymore…

Yes, there's a lazy young man employee who insists on parking in one of the close parking spots with his big truck that could be better used for we seniors!!! I love the store, but I have called about his rudeness and nothing's done!!

I have shopped at Tractor Supply for years and have always been treated well . . . Until today. During this very cold time in January 2023, I called the store to verify availability of an electric heater I found online. The person on the phone told me they had one that was returned for a significant reduction in price. It was returned because the customer said it would not work. He assured me he checked it out & it worked fine. I drove to the store, but I was told by the cashier that there were no returns or exchanges if there was anything wrong with it. I told her I didn't see that as a prudent decision. She told me I needed to speak to the manager. I approach the manager, who was on another phone & had a second phone in his other hand. I Stayed a few pieces back & quietly waited until he looked up after he disconnected his phone. He did not greet me, ask me what I needed, or in anyway make me feel like he wanted to help. He just glared at me. When I explained the situation, he told me, “ it has been marked down, and there are no refunds.” I asked him if he could show me that the unit worked so I could be sure it wasn't defective, & he sneered at me as he snapped, "we don't do that, that's not how it works!" I have been a regular customer at the store for years, but after the way Manager Mike just treated me, I won't be back. It was my plan to pick up a few other things, but I bought nothing today. There’s a local feed store, hardware store, etc., that carry the same items & I have never been treated rudely there. I will be shopping there now.
