Took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and safety check. I waited while work was being done. The work was done in a timely manner, everyone was nice and professional. I dropped 1 star due to the fact my tires were rotated but the air was not checked. The tire pressure sensor alarmed showing the pressure difference between back and front after a few miles down the road. Air needed to be added to the rear tires and some removed from the front. This is a small oversight in the grand scheme of things.

Sold me a set of 8yr old tires “cash”. I know i got a deal, but they scratched up my wheels after promising me that they wouldn’t. One of the old tires they sold me is defective, so my car shakes now… Carful with these guy’s Facebook Marketplace posts….

Very nice people that explains everything, step by step and give different options. In addition, they hired a bilingual cashier for Spanish speakers, and she is very nice and helpful too.

First oil change NOT from dealership,had a oil change here and 100 miles later I get a check engine light for a oil issue,they use a aftermarket oil filter and a different type of oil even thought it’s comparable to the dealership dextrose,had to bring it for another oil change only now back to dealership,thinking the oil filter was bad,not their fault just won’t use non dealership materials anymore on my 2019 Silverado

We blew a tire on our car trailer, while helping move my mother from South Carolina to Kansas and needed a new one. We got here 5 minutes before they closed and they kept the shop open to help use. So greatful.

I broke down on my way back to Indiana from Florida. I was pulling a forty foot fifth wheel. Unfortunately my transmission went completely out this shop got my transmission replaced and and I cannot express how great Jessie and everybody involved were so helpful and kind.So if you have a need for auto repair they are the best thank you northwest Georgia auto repair

Clean, organized, pet friendly, women friendly (they didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes), and great customer service. No appointment needed.
I was informed that Take 5’s premium oil change, the one before the highest price, is around $69 at Good Year. What a bargain.
I look forward to having a long-lasting relationship with Good Year.
