Worst customer service ever !! . The man with the red dot on his head was ballistic, accusing people of not trusting him or his business. UPS made a huge mistake placing this man in there store. Two other separate times I was at the same store the same man explained about not having any business. He said he’s been there for two years and is the slowest place he’s ever worked. now I’m not at all surprised at why he has no business there and the other person that was in there with me would certainly agree.

Twice now I've had an Amazon return that this place wouldn't ship back because it wasn't packed the way they wanted it. I had it packaged the way Amazon told me AND spoke with Amazon about the issue. On top of that they wanted to charge me to return it...I'm an Amazon member and get FREE returns. Both times I was told by Amazon I was in the right and they should have taken the return. This location is LAZY, RUDE AND SHADEY!!

I only go here because it’s the only ups store near me.You come inside, and the coldest workers great with you with a straight face like they hate you.The guys took my package and keep banging it and I ask, “ you ok” he said yeah man. I ask “why you keep banging stuff” he said it’s heavy. Yeah right, it’s heavy to me too but o don’t bang it.I hope you all have a good day and start greeting people properly.

This place is rude. The young guy working there was disrespectful to customers, talking bad about customers, etc. I absolutely hate going here and no longer will.

Insanely rude. I went here a few months back to get a document notarized. The owner called me stupid for asking questions and threatened to call the police?? Racist and rude.

UPS STORE is professional, knowledgeable, has supplies on site, is helpful with shipping. i was lost on returns until this UPS Store opened! Being unfamiliar with shipping. etc the staff has been my savior! thanks to all staff members

I had a return that I wanted to send back to Amazon. I already had my box package up, but I didn't tape the top of the box. I had a question about the packing slip. They wanted to charge me a $1.00 for taping the top of the box. That is RIDICULOUS!!I'll go elsewhere to have my business cards, banners printed.

Paid $38 to ship a box of heirlooms to my goddaughter. A couple weeks later it still hadn't showed up. I tracked it and it was delivered to the wrong city. I wrote the address ON THE BOX! I called and was told that they would see what they could do. He called back and said he had to call the higher ups (my words, not his) and see if we could find out what to do. Never heard from him again. That was in April. Box must have fallen off the face of the earth. Didn't help me file a claim or anything. Now I am out family heirlooms AND $38. Never again!

Extremely fast service. I was there to return some items I had ordered online. I walked in, told the woman at the counter that I had 2 returns, she scanned them and I was on my way out the door. Total time > 1.5 minutes.

Rude!! called an elderly lady "STUPID" once she left just because she didn't know how to email him the shipping label to print it..she even asked for his help and he said that he doesn't know how to use samsung.. she didn't get her service done and left..

Kid needs to work on customer service skillsI brought in a package like I always do. He took my phone, pointed at it and said "what does this say??"Me: customer packedHe then berated me for not taping the box. My bad. The older people that work there have never mentioned that it needed to be taped.

My shipment was taken and got proof of it. Older guy at the counter needs a long deep course in customer relations. The ladies sometimes at the counter are considerably better.January 16The older lady was not helpful at all. I needed a reprint of a label, which a girl a week ago did quite easily, but not this lady. So rude too. I need to send some software updates to my buyer, so when she turned away I got a pic of the label. She needs the same course.
