HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our truck broke down about 5 miles from the repair shop. They quickly got us in, figured out the problem, drove to get the part which was a transmission control module and got it fixed and we were back on the road in just a couple hours so we could finish our vacation. So thankful for all they did for us!

STAY AWAY!! Brought my car there a couple weeks ago and both of the employees at the front desk are friendly and nice but one of the technicians came from the back (White, aged 50s maybe?, brown/ gray hair (bad hairline) about 5’9 180-200lbs (not the best build), not very good looking, has a bit of an ego issue going on, crooked teeth and a disrespectful tone) came inside and was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to check in on the date it would be done I got transferred to him and he was once again very rude and he sounded very pissed off for whatever reason. Who knows it was a short 30 sec call.
When I went to pick the car up he came in after a minute or so and was once again with a rude, disrespectful tone. He was very rude and was very unpleasant to be around. he’s obviously immature and has serious ego issues going on, and is an insecure man. Poor guy. Will not be coming back to Summers, and neither will all my friends and family. We are absolutely disgusted.

Look I know my car. I know when it shakes and vibrates more. I know when it's sounds messed up or not. I know when the timing belt is loose or the things knocking louder. You must be getting old because you yourself said there was another couple issues that could happen with that intake evap problem. This ain't the first time you've driven it and not "heard" something. Now you want to cost us more in housing it overnight? How can you see a code and determine nothing's wrong? Maybe you just don't want our business anymore. Which is fine I guess. Your front desk man has an attitude and your mentally ill old man in the garage is not infallible either. I'm sorry y'all get overworked and want to just say there's no shake, no issues. Again, I have never been wrong when something's wrong with it. So much so that I knew something was wrong with it weeks before this evap code shot up. I just don't have the degrees or the physicality to fix it. Now you don't want our business anymore, that's fine. Maybe this time when it's fixed, it will stay fixed. Not have to fix it every six mos. However, thank you for your service these last few yrs. God bless y'all.

If I could rate over five stars, I would.Yesterday was a rough day for me and I didn't expect to get stuck after fueling my SUV and then not being able to start my SUV. I thought the battery was dead so I immediately had my insurance company send a tow truck company out (Deadwood's Auto and Transport) to see if it was a battery issue. It wasn't. I wasn't sure where to go for service and the driver recommended Summers Auto Repair.Summers Auto Repair was completely understanding when I explained that the SUV is the only car in the house hold. They said they would talk to the owner the next day to see what's going on with my SUV.Today, they found out it was the starter and replaced it with a new starter. I asked them if they could pick me up since I don't have a lot of neighbors and no friends here.Friendly, courteous, professional. I will use Summers again. Thank you and have a great weekend and weekday.

Exceptional service! My daughter was visiting to pick up a car we purchased and she got stranded! They had a tow truck over to her in minutes (which I appreciated as a worried Mama). Service was fast and so accommodating. More than anything I appreciated their kindness and prompt troubleshooting. Thank you from California!
