Called several days in a row trying to speak to an agent to get business insurance. Finally talked to an agent and he couldn’t help me that day and scheduled a day and time to call me to get info. Then didn’t uphold that time And called me days later after I went with another insurance company. Don’t waste your time here.

Fortunate to have this Agency in the area. Owned by a good family. As a previous insurance agent for another company, I understand the challenges of insurance and the companies. They do a real solid job in a business where customers are always complaining.

I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!

After much effort to receive quotes, they would not assist with coverage only on ATVs unless I packaged home and other vehicles. Waste of time!
