Beware!!!!!!!!!!!! I upgraded to a new watch and 2 new phones. I was at this store 2 different times, Once for 5 hours and 2 1/2 hours to warranty my 2nd watch. never helped set up the phone or make sure everything is working. Now with issues they are not willing to help with any issues. I am now on my second watch and now on my 3rd watch and this one has problems. I have called store and T-Mobile care and not willing to make it right. I am trying to give them all of their equipment back go some where else for a phone provider or get new equipment. If you are local please go anywhere but this location.

The staff and store manager went above and beyond to help me obtain a needed receipt to help me get my iPhone replaced from insurance after losing my iPhone in the ocean in vacation. I would definitely go there if you want personal and exceptional service. Thanks so much!

The people that work at the store are super nice. However, most issues have to be handled over the phone with their customer service. I’ve had to call several times and each time always takes over an hour. If you are thinking about switching to this company, DON’T DO IT. THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have not been in the new store due to vehicle breakdown but I know the staff that they have and they are all very knowledgeable about everything. They do try to help the customer and not simply try to make a sale. I have dealt with Antonio and Susie and Destiny will definitely try to help you resolve any issues. I am due for an upgrade on my phone but it will be after I get my truck fixed and going again. Verizon just wants to make a sale but these folks try to help the customer. Right there is the reason why I dropped Verizon for them. It's all about the customer service and helping rather than just to sell a product. They get more business by doing that. I appreciate their help always.

Would give 0 if I could! Destiny the “ store manager “ refused to help out with any customer service. Came in for something very simple left and without what I needed. And she is 100% rude!!! Since when do you have to have an original receipt for a screen protector and is cover on insurance??
