Amy has a very welcoming environment. If you need motivation, please encouragement, friends, or just to be comfortable in a gym, RU is the place for you! Also, the music is CLEAN! Love this place and the people!!! Make sure you meet Amy and say hi to Pauleen!!! Rock stars!!!
