My mom just passed away and they’ve been nothing but help . Jennifer, Diego , Taylor the managers nothing but help. I truly appreciate them. And all theyve done. It really does take a village and I was struggling to figure things out and they just made it so much easier. I appreciate yall.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to. Dealt with the Calhoun office for 3 days getting the run around an being told something different everyday. Every employee in there needs to be trained cause clearly none of them know what they are doing. Went to the Chatsworth office an was there no time an they fixed the problem. So I will never step foot in the Calhoun office again ill only go to Chatsworth office where they know what they are doing.

A terrible bank with worse staff. The manager was disrespectful towards myself and staff acted with discrimination to me. Stole funds I did not owe them. Locked my account. Refused to refund me over one thousand dollars and cut me off from being able to walk in the bank, pay my loan or have any assist. I moved to a new much more friendly bank. Regions is dishonest, rude and will destroy your account and not be honest with money that is legally yours. I was never given a cent of what I had after my account were closed. They seized all my money when I owe them not a cent. Avoid this branch. They are discriminatory and rude to law enforcement as well to boot.

ATM is defective. Took my money around November and took some time to dispute even though it’s all on camera and money should be counted. Service is friendly but they try to get me to use ATM for deposits.Today went to use ATM-deposit1st try- spit my money back out( items not accepted)2nd try- accepted some bills and spit some out. Pressed confirm either way... spits all money back out and card.3rd try? No way. Took my money and ran. That’s how it ate my money last time. Maybe it’s on purpose and it’s set up to steal people’s money if they don’t count it before deposit like I used to. Be careful.Been carrying cash trying to deposit at this branch for 3 days now with no success. I drive a truck and won’t fit though drive in

This is the worst bank that I have ever banked with. They constantly do overdraft fees at random even if you have money in your account. I also tried to stop a check that I had in a mail and they wanted to charge me a fee! This bank is ridiculous with poor customer service and I would not recommend it to anyone.
